Access to Nantucket's multiple bike paths is just outside the community entrance. Enjoy your morning coffee on the wrap-around porch or retreat to a large private landscaped yard complete with patio, gas grill, and outdoor dining! This house has one of the largest private yards in Beach Plum, making it perfect for entertaining and/or family time! Outdoor shower located on the back of the house. Parking for 2 cars.

There are two master suites and two living space floors, making it the perfect home for accommodating two families. Additionally, the home offers a well-equipped kitchen with all brand-new Thermador appliances and is well-positioned in the neighborhood to enjoy the resort-style amenities of Beach Plum Village.

Upgraded WIFI and two desks located in the king bedroom and kitchen allow for space to work from the house if needed.

    The Perfect Nantucket Family Rental

    Having rented on Nantucket for many years starting as a young married couple and each year adding more to the mix (children, grandparents, friends and families) we have stayed all over and seen it all. This will be the first time we ever rent the same house twice. No further review necessary haha!)

    The house itself is perfectly laid out for a large family or two families vacationing together (two masters with en-suite bathrooms and a separate bathroom for bunk/twin rooms means no awkward convo about who sleeps where). The beds are all very comfortable so no complaints there either. Fully stocked kitchen and game closet (we will always remember Nantucket 22' as the summer we became addicted to blokus).

    The location is great and central enough (of course it's Nantucket) and the beach plum community is amazing- having access to tennis courts, pool, and playground is a game changer!

    The owner is kind, responsive and helpful-when we had to send our car back early because of the mess that is the car ferry we were able to rent her car on property very cheaply which saved our last day and a half of vacation :) Anyways, like I said- we will be back!     show more show less

    Excellent Stay!

    This property is spacious, beautifully decorated, and centrally located! Everything was sparkling clean upon our arrival. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and more. We enjoyed our stay immensely. We've stayed at several properties on the Cape and Islands, and this was one of our favorites!

    We had a great time at this home on Nantucket. The home is welcoming, relaxing and in pristine condition. Short drive to town and easy to bike around. Loved it, will be back!
