Spacious private yard and deck. The deck has a private, locking outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The deck table seats 12.

    Amazing Rental!!!

    Amazing place to stay!!! Would recommend staying here to anyone who wants to visit the island. We stayed here for a long term rental and were so pleased with it. Great accommodations in the house, so close to town, beaches, etc. walking distance to local coffee shops and lunch spots. Neighbors are so friendly. Very welcoming area to stay with a small or large group. The owner was very great to work with, accommodated all our needs (house was stocked with towels, beach gear, coffee etc.) Love this house and would definitely rent again through Jason! show more show less

    Our family has been vacationing on Nantucket for 2 generations, and have owned land on the island since the 1970's.

    What is special about this property?
    Very Spacious 4 bedroom for a cape style house. Large yard is great for families, and the property is about 150 yards from the Surfside bike path, and 1.3 miles to Surfside Beach

    It's Nantucket, where to begin...see the Nantucket chamber of commerce website for a great overview or the history, beauty, and summer fun.
