We stayed at this sweet Monomoy cottage during Nantucket by Design week and couldn't have asked for a better home base. The location is very close to town for the events and just a short stroll to Mille's, a great coffee shop and other closeby destinations when we needed a break from the design world. The half-mile to Monomoy Beach alone was worth it.

The cottage itself is charming and thoughtfully set up. The deck with Adirondack chairs and cute yard became our evening ritual— unwinding after a full day of showhouse tours with a glass of wine and the sound of the island. The kitchen was well-stocked for everything we needed, and having a washer/dryer was a lifesaver mid-trip.

Mark is a wonderful host — responsive and clearly takes great pride in this property. The recent upgrades show how much care goes into maintaining the cottage.

We took our annual family vacation to Nantucket and stayed at the Monomoy Cottage this year. While we've been fortunate enough to visit Nantucket many times, this was by far our best stay yet.

Monomoy Cottage is in the perfect location for our active family. Situated right off two bike paths, we were able to use our bikes often to get around, and the convenience to downtown simply can't be beat. The location allowed us to avoid most of the downtown traffic, which was a huge bonus. Having Stop & Shop nearby made it easy to pick up groceries for snacks and meals at home or to take with us to the beach.

The cottage itself is adorable, spotlessly clean, and exceptionally well maintained. Our family of four was more than comfortable. The kids loved the sleeping loft and spent countless evenings playing there. The house has everything you could possibly need and more. In fact, we realized upon arrival that we could have packed much more lightly, and we plan to do so for our next stay at Monomoy Cottage.

The many outdoor spaces offer a wonderful way to enjoy the fresh air, and the spacious, private yard was perfect for our family. The owners are extremely responsive and helpful.

We loved our stay at Mark's cottage. It comes fully equipped with everything you could possibly need while on the island, the location is perfect, and the house was in great shape.
We'd happily stay here next summer!

A hidden gem. This quaint, cozy cottage sleeps 6 and is conveniently located mid-island within walking distance to Lola Burger, Stop & Shop, Chicken Box and Package store. The Mid-island loop bus stop and Surfside bus stops are nearby.

All the modern amenities of air conditioners, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, refrig.cable, Internet, washer dryer, grill, board games. Nicely decorated and clean. Would stay here again.
