    John T Nightingale has lived, owned, and rented for over 40 years. This home for 35 years. A contractor by trade and real estate development by choice. A-well known Islander is a member of theNantucket Anglers Club, Admirlty Club and Nantucket Chamber of Commerce.
    Polpis harbor is a special place with year round solitude, wild life, shellfish, and fishing. Many newly developed conservation walks by the Land Bank provide a unique experience on the Island. Great place for dogs and children.
