Also this is a cottage for a couple (two persons) not bringing friends or family members to sleep on the floor!

Sweet Dreams Cottage is a very nice cottage (limited to a COUPLE) for rentals... It features central A/C and heat. There is a bedroom upstairs with a queen-sized bed, downstairs a (galley style) kitchen with Keurig coffeemaker and assorted teas, a bathroom with a shower, flat screen Dish TV, Internet,
In the basement is washer & dryer.
There is a gas grill outside with a patio table and chairs so that you may relax under the sun or stars and hear the ocean waves in the distant background and enjoy a glass of wine!!
(There will have a welcome bottle awaiting your arrival.)

It's a 4-minute walk to the free shuttle that goes to all parts of the island which is located the center of 'Sconset

The beach is right down the hill from the village. There are five restaurants in the village. During the summer months, the Bartlett Farms produce truck is in 'Sconset. There is a cute sandwich shop, Claudettes. The Beach Side Bistro at the Summer House is great for lunch or dinner. Great upstairs bar and restaurant at the Summer House (Dinner Only) which has piano music and a fireplace and a separate bar menu. The 'Sconset Cafe has a really nice offers a BYOB dinner **reservations a must!
(the liquor/wine shop is adjacent to it). The Chanticleer, which offers an upscale dining room and a more casual bar dining area (lunch in the garden in season).

Our cottage is a free standing building next to our home. It's a self catering cottage. If you are looking for a nice place to relax and unwind, arrive, and unpack, you've found it here!

There are beach towels and chairs for two provided, also a hair dryer if needed.
Nantucket Bike shop can have bikes delivered and picked up for you.

This cottage is limited to a couple (two persons) and is not suited for children or infants for safety reasons.

**THIS IS A NON-SMOKING COTTAGE

This is a romantic place to escape to. There are five restaurants, wine/liquor store, post office, a small market, farm truck in season and a lovely bluff path that leads to a lighthouse, you can stroll to along the Sconset Beach bluff which is so beautiful.

On some evenings, the stars can be so bright, it's truly amazing.
Several Nantucket murder mysteries (quite fun beach reads)
''The Wauwinet Caper'' and ''Murder On The Sconset Express'' ''A Deadly Dinner In Dionis''
and ''A Mysterious Murder in Monomoy'' and ''Murder on Main Street'' all on Kindle as well.
They were partially written by the author Hunter Laroche while he resided the cottage.
The movie ''The Russians are Coming'' was written in Sconset and is worth seeking out to watch (Netflix?) as it depicts Sconset-Nantucket in the early 1960's and is a great comedy.

As you walk the beach, or stroll along the quaint 'Sconset lanes seeing all the cute, rose-covered cottages, it makes you feel like you've taken a step back in time!

After a beautiful day touring the Island's many sights, grab a bottle of wine and head to the Sconset Beach and watch the seals gliding through the surf. Bring a small basket with cheese and fruit, some towels, and enjoy life!!
