We've spent time at Sunrise in the spring, summer and fall, and look for any opportunity to visit. Sunrise is welcoming, spacious, and well-kept—perfect for the getaway with close family or reunion with friends. Prime location that's close to everything in Sconset. Can't recommend highly enough!

Had a wonderful week! House very clean, owners responsive and 1 minute walk to the beach! Would definitely come back and wish I could move in permanently!

My husband and I, along with our two small dogs, stayed at 'Sunrise' for a week in July 2024. The house is in a picturesque location, a few houses back from the beach and a short walk to Sconset Market and the Bluff Walk. You couldn't ask to be in a better spot!

The house was clean, the kitchen was well-equipped (which is rare for most rentals!), and it was stocked with essentials, which we greatly appreciated during our stay. The owners were accommodating and just a text away whenever we needed them. Hoping to return soon!

We try to get out to Sconset each summer, and honestly, there are no bad locations to rent. But there are great locations and 'Sunrise' is one of them. Located a few steps from the beach and the bluff walk, and a few minutes from Sconset center, this house sits in the perfect location. With the Wave bus to get to downtown Nantucket, there is honestly no need for a car when staying at this house.

The house itself was fresh, clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and well stocked with essentials. (Beach Chairs, Extra Towels, kitchen essentials, etc.) The furniture throughout the home is comfortable especially the bed/linens/pillows. And the owners are extremely responsive and easy to work with. We loved staying in this home and hope to return! show more show less

We have stayed in this home several years in a row. We just love it. The location - a few steps to the beautiful Sconset beach -- cannot be beat. Also it is so convenient to walk to the market for groceries. The house is clean, beautiful and has all the amenities needed. The owners are responsive and wonderful to deal with. Sconset is one of the most magical parts of Nantucket and this home exemplifies that!

Over the years we have stayed in a few different properties in Sconset but nothing compares to this one. The location - literally steps to the sand, Sconset center, playground and bluff walk. It doesn't get any better. The house is very clean and fresh with everything you may possibly need. The furniture was comfy and the professionally pressed sheets were a lovely bonus. Our week was one of the best vacations ever and we are returning this summer!

We stay in this property every time we visit Nantucket and can't wait for our next visit! The location is the best of all worlds; steps to the sand (sunbathing and fishing!), two blocks to the new playground, a 3 minute walk to Sconset Center, with a market, cafe, sandwich shop and the shuttle to take you around the island.

The house is well maintained, immaculate, and the beds are fresh and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the living area is spacious with room for everyone. Enjoy reading, playing board games, napping or watching movies at the same time. (I love to curl up in the big chair with a cup of tea and book.)
