    To say that we had a wonderful vacation staying at 98 Baxter Road would be an understatement. The views just blew us a way and the picture on the site did not do the home justice. The owners were extremely pleasant to work with as well as the property manager. The house was in perfect condition, three very spacious bedrooms and a brand new bunkroom directly in back of the main house my that our Grandchildren loved loved & that my husband used as an office with Wi-Fi & air conditioning during the day. My daughter worked from the desk in the new master suite & bathroom looking out the window with the ocean view. The hard wood wide plank floors had just been refinished a fully stocked spacious kitchen with an outdoor dinning Weber Grill, Solo Stove in a private fenced in back yard for our family and dog to enjoy in the evenings. Both a short walk to both the Sankaty Light House & to downtown Sconset that we love! The house had 5 nice 10 speed bikes for us that was a pleasant surprise with plenty of beach toys, buggy boards games etc. The electronics in the house worked very well on the one rainy day that we had that looked like a brand new mounted TV. The owner rented us their 2022 jeep with a full roll back roof and we brought one car from home that worked out well as they have two off the road parking spots.
