Our home offers almost all the amenities you'll need to enjoy your vacation.

You'll arrive at the back of the house to the shell driveway, which can fit up to 3 cars. The shell path leads up to the spacious deck, with a pottery barn table, chairs & an umbrella that sits six to eight people... a top-of-the-line gas grill...and an outdoor shower with hot/cold water, off to the corner of the house. There is a lockbox next to the sliding door.

You'll enter the hallway with an enclosed area with a barn door for the washer & dryer; the beach towels are on the shelves above the machines. The laundry detergent is supplied, too. From there, you'll walk into the dining area with a beach table & chairs from Serena & Lily, which can seat up to eight people. The walls are stenciled and painted ... in the Serena & Lily theme.

    Great Nantucket house and great location
    House was in great condition - very clean and nicely decorated ! Kitchen was fully supplied with everything needed for the week. Great mid-island location - right off of the Surfside bike path and close to Stop & Shop plus a convenient bike rental facility only a 5 minute walk away. Owner was very easy to communicate with and provided comprehensive entry and house operation instructions. The 4 bedrooms had ample closet and bureau storage for clothes and other belongings. The outdoor patio had a high-end gas grill, and beach chairs were available in the shed. Easy off-road parking for 2 cars - plus a convenient outdoor shower. This house was perfect for 4 adults and 4 children - I would highly recommend It !!

    Great Stay! Love the location
    We loved the location of this property! Right on the bike path and mid island bus route. The house is also walking distance to Yummy and 45 Surfside which are both great for breakfast & lunch. House was clean, cozy & had everything we needed! Lots of helpful info on how to get around and things to do on the island. Communication with Jeanne was always quick & easy. We had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again!!

    Great house right near Surfside beach and quick bike ride to Cisco
    This little cottage is quite roomy and comfortable. Lots of spacious bedrooms with lots of closet space and drawers, nice new washing machine, and air conditioning in every room. Nice usable kitchen and a fabulous outdoor shower. This place is a gem - amazing location 7 minute bike ride to town, 10 minutes to Surfside, and 18 minutes to Cisco Beach and Bartlett Farm.     Very comfortable and convenient
    Well located on mid island. House was clean and neat. The basics were available. Nice to have use of washer and dryer. We had to wash and dry all linens and towels that we used, that was a bit out of the ordinary but ok.
