Loft with full bed above kitchen. Second floor deck with table and seating for 6. Grilling patio with gas grill. 3 flatscreen TV's. Pets considered (1 dog only). Comfortable family home and neighborhood. Age minimum-25 plus. Lots of outside spaces. Enjoy quiet Tom Nevers beaches a quick mile and a half away.

    Great vacation rental!

    I have been staying at Laura's home in Tom Nevers with my family for a few years. The home is kept clean and offers a well equipped kitchen, beach chairs, cleaning supplies and essential household needs.The latter 2 items are something that seems to be lacking in many of the homes that I have rented and really appreciate her hospitality for them. I also appreciate that Laura is responsive and attentive to our needs while we are staying at her home. I have been vacationing on Nantucket during the month of July for 30+ years; staying at various neighborhoods across the island and Tom Nevers is the best! It is close to beaches,nature trails,restaurants,grocery stores and a variety of markets. show more show less

    We love staying here. Jay and Laura ensure that we have all necessary amenities. The beds are cozy and the house is clean. We have been coming here for years and we can't wait to return.
