A great place to stay on Nantucket

This charming home was the perfect place for my family to enjoy Nantucket. It was clean, stocked with linens, cookware, dinnerware and every cooking gadget you might need. Conveniently located to beaches & bike trails. Wonderful breezes, and a spacious deck to enjoy evening skies. The tennis court is close enough to bike to. The yard is private and the home is located well off the road. We had a great stay, and hope to come again next year.

    Peaceful & Perfect

Our stay at this Tom Nevers property could not be beat. The house is a short walk to Tom Nevers Beach and a quick bike ride to Cisco. It's convenient to drive into town but removed enough that you really get some quiet and gorgeous stargazing. The house had more than ample space for everyone in our group to relax (and work! There were 2 desks set up in the loft area and the basement, making it easy for us to work and play). The outdoor shower was *delightful*. The kitchen was stocked with cooking tools that usually are missed in rentals. The owners were responsive and attentive to our needs. We absolutely will consider renting this property again and highly recommend it for your stay. show more show less

    Perfect week!

What a fantastic time we had in Tom Nevers! The house is perfectly set up for a relaxing vacation with every amenity and necessity provided. Most important, the house was completely spotless and felt very safe and comfortable. We couldn't have asked for more!

    Charming House

Terrific house for a family. Private neighborhood with secluded yard. Close to Tom Nevers Beach which is one of the most sparsely utilized on Nantucket. Often have the beach to yourselves or a 100 yards from the next group. 10 minute bike ride to Sconset and Sconset Beach. Great views from the deck of the water during the day and the stars at night. 5 minute drive to town. Highly recommended.

    Perfect Nantucket Retreat

We are a family of four with two sons aged 15 and 11, and this lovely property was the perfect base for a week in Nantucket. Spacious enough for more than the four of us but yet cozy and thoughtfully decorated throughout, and, unlike other properties we have rented everything was in place upon our arrival, with the added benefit of bicycles, beach chairs and coolers. Also before and after our stay communication with the owners was timely and efficient. All in all a truly great rental. show more show less

    Adorable Nantucket Home

My family just returned from renting this adorable home in Tom Nevers. The house is located on a very private street with a lovely view of the ocean from the back deck. We spent quite a bit of time out there. The three bedrooms were perfect for our family of five. The owners have thought of everything in regards to the kitchen. They have everything you could possibly need. We also liked the proximity to the Tom Nevers beach. You could be on the beach 5 minutes after leaving the house, no searching for parking or having to drag your beach gear down the beach. It is a nice quiet beach. We also took advantage of the bikes provided by the owners and did quite a bit of biking around the island. We would definitely rent 3 Sandpiper again and would recommend it to other families. Thank you Stephen for a wonderful vacation! show more show less

Another great week at 3 Sandpiper on Nantucket

This our second stay at 3 Sandpiper and we just love it. The house is perfect for our family of four and we love the location on the island. It is far enough away to feel away from town but close enough to get there in a few minutes. The deck is great any time of the day and the amenities and bikes are great!!! The daily morning rides were always a great way to start the day. The tennis courts were a quick bike ride away and really nice to have. Very private as well. The owners were very easy to work with and very responsive with any questions we had. We loved it!!! show more show less

    Nantucket House

This house was the perfect fit for my family! We were able to bike to both Tom Nevers and Siaconset with great ease and there is easy access to other bike paths as well. There are tennis courts available which proved to be quite fun. The house is large and with a perfect floor plan. The kitchen is just off the porch and we ate all of our meals outside. The skyline is beautiful from the deck and the yard is huge and beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and the house was in perfect condition when we arrived. We will go back. The owner was very responsive to my questions and easy to work with. show more show less

What is special about this property?
This location and property offer unprecedented privacy and ocean views, natural beauty, and rich opportunities for summer recreation, all of which we value deeply.
