My family and I have been coming to Nantucket almost every summer since I was 8 years old, and now 35 with my own kids, we decided to try a home rental on the island rather than one of the hotels. This was the best decision we could have made! The house was beautiful, and I let the owners know that the cleaning crew and lawn crew do an amazing job. The house was spotless, and the yard is very meticulously cared for. One of the highlights was seeing the wildlife in the yard, mostly rabbits, every day! My parents, sister with significant other, and my family of four (two kids ages 5 and 1), each had plenty of space to spread out and relax. And the owners have thought of everything to make the stay enjoyable, especially for families. The crib they have was much nicer than the pack-n-play we brought, and new baby monitors were very helpful with our littlest one! There were beach chairs and supplies, and everything we could have needed for a great week. We rented bikes for the week and easily biked to Tom Nevers (the shore), and Sconset. My sister also really enjoyed riding the bus which is free in the summers- the home is quietly off a main road, but close enough to walk to the bus stop. We also went to see a movie at the drive-in which is something we had never done before. The owner was amazing to work with leading up to our trip! We have been coming to the island for years and have stayed at several different places but this one has quickly become our favorite for many reasons. The location away from town makes it feel as though you have the island all to yourself. We enjoy walking in the private neighborhood, having access to tennis courts, biking a short distance to the beach and lounging on one of the 4 decks this house has to offer. The host is quick to respond and thoughtful touches like a welcome gift make it feel even more special. We love the airy flow of the upside down format as it allows for us to enjoy the sunrise on the East deck and sunsets while grilling from the West. It's a great house for families or even friends to share. We look forward to coming back again soon! show more show less

My husband and I have 4 children and we have been vacationing on Nantucket for many years now and can confidently say this house is absolutely our favorite. The owner goes out of her way to make you feel at home and is exceptional at communication. The house sits on a big piece of property surrounded by tall hedges so you feel as if you're the only ones on the island. The house is very clean, bright and airy with ample space to relax on one of the two decks. We loved the reverse floor plan and the updated spacious interior. I'm already looking forward to next summer when we drive up on the seashell driveway and see the gorgeous home where our family will make lasting Nantucket memories. show more show less

House is beautiful, lots of space, decks. Very well stocked kitchen. Lots of games, beach chairs and everything else u can think of. Very nice owners.

Did I mention tennis courts and easy excess to to the bike path!!!!

Wow, this property exceeded all of our expectations. Gorgeous home, spacious, beautifully maintained inside and out, and everything you could want or need down to the smallest details. These owners aim to please.

We spent a week in May, and had the best time, great location, convenient but with the privacy we wanted for our stay. Modern amenities, comfy beds, the works! We loved it, would recommend it to anyone friend or family, we'll be going back!

Stayed in this lovely home and enjoyed everything about it. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need. We enjoyed the huge yard, perfect for an evening of lawn games.

The home had plenty of room with comfortable beds with space to call your own. We loved that there were two decks! One for sunrise and another for watching the spectacular sunsets. It was very convenient to beaches , town and public transportation. Do not hesitate to book!
