Remaining August 2024 price now reduced! This bright and airy, 4 bedroom/3 bath, upside down home is on a quiet cul de sac surrounded by Nantucket moors. Despite the private surroundings, the home is perfectly situated to area attractions and public transportation. We are a short 1.5 mile bike ride to the ocean, 1/2 mile to the bike path and Wave bus stop, 2.5 miles to the village of 'Sconset, and less than 8 miles to Nantucket town.

The front foyer opens both right and left to 2 large en suite master bedrooms. These beds are queen size and very comfortable. The remaining 2 bedrooms are separated by a short hall that houses the laundry area and 3rd bathroom. Please note: all bathrooms are designed with glass enclosed showers, there is no bathtub. All bedrooms open via French doors to the 2 patios in the rear of the house. Bedrooms are large, private, and boast fabulously comfortable beds. There is plenty of drawer and closet space. Linens are provided.

Go upstairs to enter the expansive living area with windows looking out on all sides. This room has a large new Pottery Barn sectional sofa and swivel chairs to seat your clan in style. Puzzles, board games and a reading library are available for your use. The Smart TV has a full range of channels including HBO for your entertainment. The kitchen table seats 8 and is adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen. A new Induction oven range and Bosch dishwasher were added this year. Access to the East facing deck is off of the dining area. This deck has a gas grill, table, 6 chairs and umbrella for your dining pleasure. The west facing deck has cushioned outdoor furniture and an umbrella and is the perfect spot to relax or entertain. A short flight of stairs goes from the living area to a sunny loft. There are 2 twin beds in the loft for guests to use as a reading nook or play area.

We pride ourselves on providing our tenants with everything they need for a beach vacation. You will find beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, plastic drink ware, coolers and a portable beach table all for your use. When you return from the beach you can choose the outdoor shower and even hang your wet bathing suit on the outdoor clothes line! No Nantucket vacation would be complete without a friendly game of croquet or whiffle ball and our large yard allows for both. Additionally, you will have access to two private community tennis/pickle ball courts located in our Tom Nevers neighborhood.
