This bright and airy, 4 bedroom/3 bath, upside down home is on a quiet cul de sac surrounded by Nantucket moors. Despite the private surroundings, the home is perfectly situated to area attractions and public transportation. We are a short 1.5 mile bike ride to the ocean, 1/2 mile to the bike path and Wave bus stop, 2.5 miles to the village of 'Sconset, and less than 8 miles to Nantucket town.

The front foyer opens both right and left to 2 large en suite master bedrooms. The remaining 2 bedrooms are down a short hall that houses the laundry area and a bathroom. All bedrooms open via French doors to 2 patios in the rear of the house. Bedrooms are large, private, and boast fabulously comfortable beds. There is plenty of drawer and closet space. Linens are provided.

Go upstairs to enter the expansive living area with windows looking out on all sides. The west-facing deck has comfortable cushioned furniture and is the perfect spot to relax or entertain. Puzzles, board games and a reading library are available for your use. The kitchen table seats 8 and is adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen. Access to the East facing deck is off of the dining area. This deck has a gas grill, table, 6 chairs and umbrella for your dining pleasure. A short flight of stairs goes from the living area to a sunny loft. There are 2 twin beds in the loft for extra guests to sleep or to use as a reading nook.

We pride ourselves on providing our tenants with everything they need for a beach vacation. You will find beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, plastic drink ware, coolers and a portable beach table all for your use. When you return from the beach you can choose the outdoor shower and even hang your wet bathing suit on the outdoor clothes line! No Nantucket vacation would be complete without a friendly game of croquet or whiffle ball and our large yard allows for both. Additionally, you will have access to two private community tennis/pickle ball courts located just a short walk away.

Please note some of the furnishings and window treatments will be different than the photos as we are new owners and are in the process of updating. The large master bath will be completely renovated the fall of 2021. New photos coming soon. We thank you for your understanding, and we hope you like our improvements. We have 18 years experience renting our previous homes on Nantucket, and rest assured, we will have everything ready for your arrival. Feel free to call with any questions or concerns.

Because we are in a quiet residential neighborhood, we do not allow large events or parties at our home. This includes but is not limited to weddings and bachelor and bachelorette parties. We thank you in advance for understanding these limitations.
