This house is an absolute GEM. Nestled at the end of a long sandy road, staying here felt like home. Perfect for a small group, we thoroughly enjoyed hanging out on the deck watching unbelievable sunsets before heading into town, which is only a 15 minute drive. The house has everything you need, including a ton of games! Don't miss out on staying here. This was our second year in a row and we can't wait to return next summer!

This is a wonderful property and the hosts are fantastic! We had 8 people (3 adults, 5 kids) stay here for 10 days. It was incredibly comfortable and never felt crowded.
The house is beautifully and simply decorated and contains all the essentials that we needed.
The location is great-plenty of areas to walk and Tom Nevers Beach is a quick 5 minute drive down the street.

The owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with! Our family of 6 enjoyed a wonderful week in this clean sunlight filled home. We enjoyed beautiful views of the conservation land and the sea beyond. Sunset cocktails and sunrise coffees were tranquil on the deck. We could easily ride our bikes to town or catch the Wave bus. The outdoor shower was bliss after a day at the beach. The kitchen was well organized and stocked with dishes and appliances so we were able to have some nice dinners at home. This was one of the best family vacations we have had and we agreed that it was because the house was truly perfect. Clean, comfortable and convenient. Can't say enough good things about our vacation in Nantucket and the property we stayed at. Incredible week for my family. Really loved the location and the layout of the house. Great space with a great view. Spent a good deal of time enjoying food and drinks on the deck and in the yard. Breeze off the ocean that was not far away made for a very comfortable climate during the day and especially at night. House was clean and in good shape when we arrived. We stayed here for the 4th of July week and the house was fantastic. The kitchen is well equipped and the house had plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels for our group. The upstairs living area is large, bright, nicely decorated, and has a deck you can see the ocean from. WiFi also worked great and we had no problems with several people working from home at once. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We would 100% stay here again!
