Finding Treasure in the Dunes of Chatham

Jennie Sparrow | 7/24/2018

One of my favorite views on Cape Cod is from Chatham Light. You can enjoy it from above orfrom the comfort of your parked car. If you want to get a little adventurous, walk down to the pristine white sands and walk the expansive beach. Strolling a bit to the right toward South Beach, you will come across an enigmatic little structure that has been “growing” over the years and somehow surviving the many storms we’ve had recently. For some, it is an artistic sculpture, for others it is a political statement. To me, it celebrates the uniqueness of Cape Cod. You never know what you may stumble upon on the beaches here. Treasures are everywhere!

About Jennie Sparrow

About Jennie Sparrow: Born and raised on Cape Cod, I'm grateful to call this beautiful place home. Since joining WeNeedaVacation in 2017, I've had the privilege of blending my passion for marketing with my deep love for the Cape & Islands. When I'm not working, you'll usually find me happiest out on Nauset's outer beach with my family—soaking up the sun and sand.
