Open to all levels of experience, even none! Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a mat or towel, water and an open mind. Do not eat before class.

Proceeds from these classes supports the Onset Summer of Love Concert Series and the Advocates for Wareham Seniors!

Classes take place Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday at 9 A.M. at St. Margaret's Center, 141 Main St in Buzzards Bay during the winter months and when there is foul weather in the summer months.

In the summer months, classes take place at Shell Point at 8:30 A.M.

Suggested donation of $10. Children are free.
