About Pilgrim Monument and Provincetown Museum Music on the Hill: ZOE LEWIS & THE EDUCATED FLEAS...Come join us August 20th to boogie down to the sounds of Zoe Lewis & The Educated Fleas as we continue our Music on the Hill series. Meet us at the top of hill relax, drink, dance under the monument to this groovy band. The band will start at 5:30 and go to 7:30 with good vibes the whole time! Zoe has been living and performing on the Cape for 35 years originally from the UK. She has done it all in the music industry. She plays piano, guitar, ukulele, harmonica and more, has recorded 10 CDs of original material, written for film and TV, penned 2 musicals, opened for the Indigo Girls, Judy Collins, Nanci Griffiths, and played keyboards for Kate Pierson! She will be joined by Roxanne Layton on recorder, Ron Siegel on bass and Kareem Sanjaghi on drums! Hope to see you having an amazing time on top of the hill to this incredible band!

FAQs – Everything You Need to Know

Is this free? Yes! Music On The Hill is free and open to the public. While you're here, we encourage you to stop by The Shallop Bar for a cocktail, mocktail, soda, seltzer, or snack.
Is there food available? Yes! The Shallop Bar has packaged snacks, and most nights you'll also find Lewis Brothers Ice Cream Truck on site. Occasionally, we'll have additional food trucks like Thyme to Nosh.
Can I bring my own food and drinks? You're welcome to bring outside food—but please clean up after yourselves so our team doesn't have to. Outside beverages are not allowed (except baby bottles). We've got you covered with a full bar on site. Anyone caught bringing in alcohol will be asked to leave—no exceptions.
Is parking free? Yes—after 5 PM. If you're coming to the event and find a spot in our lot after 5 PM, parking is free. If you arrive before 5 PM, standard parking and admission fees apply.
Can I ride the elevator up? Yes! The incline elevator will run until 7:00 PM. After that, please use the Gift Shop entrance to come and go.
Can I bring my dog? Only service animals are allowed on campus. And of course, we ask that all guests clean up after their pets.
Anything else? Bring your dancing shoes—or if you'd rather relax, bring a lawn chair or beach blanket.
Please note: the Museum and Monument will be closed during these events, but we'd love for you to visit another time!
