What's Pound? Pound classes consist of drumming, cardio and strength training! With music bumping and elements of yoga and Pilates, this class is truly an hour-long jam session that activates your body and mind! Get tickets and head to Cape Cod Beer for the workout class every Sunday in July at 11am!

Tickets for each class are $20! Each ticket includes a complimentary drink ticket to use when the class is over! A cold drink always tastes better after you've earned it!
