A Story Slam is a live storytelling competition in the vein of a poetry slams. Storytellers (slammers) have 5 minutes each to tell a story, based on a theme chosen for the event. No notes are allowed: stories must be told and not read.
Here"s how it works:
Storytellers register online at CapeCodBeer.com. We are limited to 8 storytellers, so act fast! (Storytellers do not have to pay admission.)
Attendees buy tickets online at CapeCodBeer.com. Tickets are sure to sell out, so buy them now to guarantee your admission. VIP seating for those who buy tickets online.
Storytellers have 5 minutes to tell their stories. The judges will judge each story on a scale from 1 to 10.
First and second place winners, and an audience favorite, receive a cash prize.
