Several years ago we started our Green Initiative to address both climate change and waste control.
To recognize our most committed owners, we designate as a "Green Home" those homes with either 6 or more of our 8 green amenities. Our great hope is that demand for
Green Homes will grow, encouraging more owners to take measures in providing a more environmentally-conscious home. Now, our vacation rental homeowners may select up to 8 of the "green amenities" listed below. At the beginning of 2023, 70% of our homes do declare one or more of these amenities.
