Valuable Homeowner Forums
Our 2013 annual Homeowner Forums were a great success! Homeowners and WeNeedaVacation.com staff gathered on Nantucket, on Martha's Vineyard, in Brewster, and in Wellesley to discuss the evolving vacation rental marketplace, particularly the impact quality pictures and guest reviews are having on booking success. We updated attendees on the rental climate this past season and provided a sneak peak at future site enhancements coming in 2014.
It was a pleasure to see so many of our homeowners and to be able to provide this networking opportunity.

Brewster for the Holidays

Use the feature available to you in the "Email Inquiries" link in your Homeowner Center. The personalized email will include a link to your listing, your first picture, and 4 months of your availability/pricing calendar.

Refer a friend and receive 2 free months if you list for a year or more, or 1 extra month if you list for 6 months!
And, don't forget: referring a Vacation Planner or Home Service business counts, too! |
Vacationers can sort their search results by "calendar updated date", thus a current Date Stamp can improve your ranking in search results. Even if nothing has changed, be sure to keep a current Date Stamp to assure vacationers that all information is accurate.
