With the 2012 Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket vacation rental season in full swing, we took an early peek at how bookings look compared to this same time last year. And, were we ever encouraged! Bookings are already up 28% over last year for the full 2012 season. It is too early to draw any firm conclusions, but it’s hard not to feel optimistic about the upcoming season. We will continue to track bookings and other key measures as the season progresses.
