When a vacationer submits an inquiry, you receive an immediate text notification from WeNeedaVacation (not from the vacationer). Even better, you can reply to the inquiry directly from the text—saving time and helping you respond while interest is at its peak.

Tap the link in the text alert and you’ll be taken to a mobile-friendly page that includes:
- The full inquiry and guest details
- Quick links to your pricing and availability calendar
- One-click access to your Booking Management page
With everything in one place, you can send a prompt, accurate response from your phone—often in seconds.
How to Enable Text Alerts
Turning on Text Alerts takes less than a minute:
- Go to the Account page in your Homeowner Center
- Click on Notifications
- Check the “Receive Alerts” box next to your cell phone number
- Click Submit
That’s it—you’re ready to receive instant notifications.
