This first week in December marks our 19
th anniversary as a business. On December 1, 1997, Joan and Jeff Talmadge launched WeNeedaVacation.com. At that time, the business was called All Seasons Vacation Rentals. Over the years, the actual business website, WeNeedaVacation.com, received so much positive feedback such as “Boy, do we!” that we officially changed the business name.
We could go on and on about all the growth in our business as well as the vacation rental industry, but instead we are presenting a video look at how the site has developed, as well as an interview with Jeff Talmadge.

A few things have stayed constant over the years. Most of our staff have been with weneedavacation.com for over ten years. Our hands-on dedication and passion for helping our homeowners be successful has never faltered. We deeply appreciate your involvement and loyalty in helping our business be successful and a fun place to work. Finally, Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket are still easy places to market, truly our love, and the destination “happy place” for millions.
