For the fastidious one: first floor laundry, 3 baths, outdoor shower, fresh mattresses, plenty of pillows, sheets, bath linens and beach towels provided in this 2,400 square foot expanded cape.
For the discerning one: professionally landscaped yard with loads of blooms in the gardens, wood floors, tasteful furnishings and appointments, plenty of parking.
For those that bless the beach: beach towels, beach umbrella, beach chairs, and beach toys. Proximity to neighborhood swimming beach on Seymour Pond and Brewster bay beaches.
For the explorer: Brewster is a treasure with quaint country stores, picturesque restaurants, bustling farm stands, featured artists studios, and village antique shops all along Rte. 6A (Olde King's Highway) and intersecting roads.
