This charming home is located on a quiet residential street just over a mile from beautiful Linnell Landing and Crosby beaches on Cape Cod Bay. Nickerson State Park is just steps from the front door with its fresh water ponds for swimming, fishing, and bike paths that connect with the scenic Cape Cod Rail Trail.

In addition to four bedrooms, two recently remodeled bathrooms, and an outdoor shower, the house has a comfortable living room and separate family room each with television. A fully equipped, newly remodeled, eat-in kitchen adjoins the family room and opens through glass doors to a screened porch/sunroom perfect for summer lounging or dining. It's great for ''sleep outs'' too!

A full bath and a twin-bedded room completes the first floor. The second floor has three bedrooms and a full bath. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a crib, while the other two bedrooms have two twins and a queen.

Just outside is a large picnic table all set for those delicious but messy lobster dinners. There's a gas grill and propane at the ready. Enjoy the comfortable outdoor seating around a small propane fire pit. Bicycles and beach equipment are ready for use in the garage, and the basement has shelves full of games and puzzles. Central air conditioning has been added as of Summer 2024!
