The spacious living areas both inside and out overlook the lawn where you can direct your gaze down oyster river and see the beauty of the surrounding environment. The predominant Sou'westerly breeze keeps a fresh flow of sea cooled air thought the house and naturally cools on a hot day. This is a 4 bedroom house which includes a basement efficiency apartment and many new renovations of the floors, kitchen and amenities, the home has 5000 square feet of living space with lovely decks and patios for outside living space.

The house is set in a terrific area for kayaking and strolls down quaint seaside lanes. Close to Chatham's Main Street shopping district, dining and your choice of Chatham's best beaches. House is furnished as shown. Additional amenities and features include: saltwater charter fishing trips available, kayak rentals, freshly shucked oysters and littlenecks, fish cleaning table, full yard with stone patio, decks that catch the most spectacular sunsets. Nearly constant southwest breezes keep the house cool on hot summer nights. It is within close proximity to bike trails, sidewalks to town and beaches. Air conditioned bedrooms and living room.

Lessee must be 30 yrs of age or more.
After inquiring about the rental, your vacation is booked upon receipt of the Deposit and signed lease. The deposit is one half of the total rental price. Within the lease agreement is a mandatory $375 cleaning fee that enables us to thoroughly clean and examine the house for properly working amenities and to ensure a good vacation for each visitor. Security deposit of $1000 which cleaning fee is deducted and the balance returned concluding occupancy with no damages. Linens can be provided at $650.00
Additional 14.45% short term rental tax applied to the total rent.
Balance of rent, security deposit and rental tax due 30 days prior to occupancy.
Balance of security deposit returned within 30 days of conclusion of occupancy.
Long term reduced rent for 4+ weeks. read more show less

    Beautiful, comfortable home and views!
    Love the porch and wide lawn. So much privacy. We are a large family and have come to the Cape for 60 years. From little pine acre cabins to needing about 4 houses now when we come up. Our immediate family is here and we love it! Definitely hope to return, we spend 2 weeks in Chatham every year.

    The property is situated atop a hill facing south-west overlooking Oyster Pond and River which catches cool summer breezes and fantastic sunsets.
    Down a quite street and close to Town, the property is well suited for quite getaways with close access to the amenities and attractions in down town Chatham.
