This well-maintained, sunfilled 3 bedroom ranch is located in a quiet neighborhood. It is just a 5-minute walk to the many fine restaurants and shops of Edgartown Village and to the cinema and ice cream parlor. Or, hop on the bike path that is located at the end of the street for a pleasant bike ride to South or State Beach. The Vineyard Transit Authority is also easily accessible at this location. The supermarket and liquor store are within walking distance as well. This family-friendly home offers an open floor plan and a bedroom configuration that can easily accommodate a shared rental. The kitchen is fully equipped and french doors open to a bright sunroom with a cathedral ceiling and pickled pine woodwork. Complete fishing and surfcasting gear, and beach equipment (chairs, cooler, umbrella, mat, etc.) are available for use.
