Rock Harbor is a great family beach. It is small, but the extensive low tide allows for lots of exploring and space to run around. It is also one of the best spots on the Cape to catch the sunset.

Before 9am and after 5pm dogs are allowed on the beach and no one was there!

Loved at low tide beach goes out for miles!! Great place to take a walk !! Free parking!!!
