I selected this bookstore online because it was so appealing on the website and independently owned by a mother and daughter. i was having trouble navigating for a gift card so called the store for here in western NY. A warm and welcoming, wonderfully stocked bookstore selling more than books. Gracious helpful owner and assistants will assist you, order books if not in stock and has become a Chatham favorite. We go there often and recommend it to others. They have a wonderful children's where one can spend hours entertaining young children.
Set back from the road at one end of town, it might be missed but a huge plus is having its own parking lot, indispensable in summertime.
