Built in 2007, comfortable Cape style home for up to 10 guests has two floors and an open style Kitchen Dining Living area. Relax on the large deck facing a memorable woodland waterfront view. Enjoy the breeze and clean water with our private sandy beach on Upper Mill Pond. Rinse off in our outdoor heated-water shower next to the deck.

First Floor Master Bedroom king sized bed features private access connecting to a full Bathroom. The second First Floor Full Bathroom has a walk-in shower.
First Floor Small Bedroom has a twin and twin size trundle, armoire and two side tables.
First Floor Family Room lets kids get away for TV video that can also be closed off with the full size convertible futon sofa for a sleeping area.

2nd floor has a Double Twin Bedroom and a Queen bed Bedroom that has private connection to half-Bath and a wall-mounted Flat screen TV.

Open up the first floor two double French doors onto the deck to bring in the gentle breeze. Enjoy the the patio with a table with umbrella and three Adirondack chairs on the deck for seating with a gas grille for outdoor barbeques. The deck has two steps down to the lawn, warm up with towels on the terrace stone pavers next to the deck.
The fully equipped kitchen has an island for added prep area and a campy restored 1950's gas stove with center griddle. Our acre lot has a large deck with seating, gas grille, outdoor hot water shower, private waterfront w/small beach -canoe & waterside deck, 3 kayaks, rope hammock, and outdoor room for kids play: tag, catch, Frisbee, volleyball.

Located in the mid-Cape. We are on the east end of Upper Mill Pond in Brewster = sunsets over the water. Our house, 9FDL, is walking distance to Punkhorn conservation land that provides hiking trails or woodland biking. Cape Cod Rail Trail is a short drive away providing miles of cycling adventure.

Hang your car keys up and enjoy our clean fresh water sandy beach and water connections to Lower Mill Pond and Walker's Pond with our canoe and or 3 kayaks. One of our favorites is exploring down the windy shallow stream in the ''Narrows'' lost in the overgrowth to Lower Mill Pond. Watch sunsets from our deck or on the hammock (traveler favorite) overlooking the Pond. A short trip 1.6 miles to explore nearby Paine's Creek Beach ocean access. Guests have loved floating on the winding tidal inlet at Paine's Creek, low tide offers miles to walk on.
Wake up to cook breakfast on our antique gas stove or visit several great breakfast coffee shops. We're a short drive to Kate's for an ice cream on your way to view sunsets at nearby Paine's Creek Beach. Visit nearby bay side ocean beaches or travel to tourist sights from Brewster, Town beach (Paine's Creek is one of 8 bay beaches) parking permits are offered per day or per week during the Summer Season. Free parking during Off-Season, :) yay, it's all great for good memories!
