Situated on conveniently-located on Middlecott Lane in Brewster, a centrally located town close to all. Kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and built-in breakfast bar. Spacious living area w vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace.

The main floor features two bedrooms (master with a king bed and full private bath and the other has a queen bed and full bath adjacent). Master has TV. Upstairs, two versatile bonus rooms (king bedroom with office/living area), TV located in bonus upstairs living space, and 1/2 bath. The home is equipped with Youtube TV, WiFi, SmartTVs/Fire sticks for access to streaming services.

Outside, enjoy a secluded patio and built-in gas fire pit. In-unit laundry, gas heating, central A/C, tankless hot water system, 2 designated parking spots (additional parking available close by). Daily passes can be obtained for access to pool, fitness center, sports facilities (see below for more details).<br /> <br /> The home is just steps away from the Cape Cod Rail Trail, a short walk from several shops and restaurants along 6A (bakery, coffee shop, ice-cream, restaurant, bookstore, and more). Ocean Edge Resort also features pools, pickleball/tennis courts, kayaking, restaurants, and other activities for you to enjoy. Many bayside beaches are just minutes away by car. <br /> <br /> Resort passes are an additional fee, which is paid directly to Ocean Edge at the time of your stay. The daily pass rate is $20/adult and $10/child (ages 6-15). The weekly pass rate is $75/adult and $30/child. Kids 5 and under are free.
