- 15 minutes bay side Sandy Neck Beach

The house features ~2000 sq ft one-level Cape-style living space, 3 bedrooms 2 baths, with 2 living rooms and 2 dining areas, laundry, all on the same level, perfect for a staycation and family gatherings. The house sits on a ~15000 sq ft lot (0.35 acres) with a flat grassy shaded backyard and fire pit. There is also an outdoor dining area with outdoor dining set, 4 burner propane barbeque grill, with string lights for your enjoyment. There are three sheds currently for outdoor decoration purposes only, no access to the internals.

The house is clean with brand new furnishings, engineered wood flooring throughout. Cooling is a very quiet central air cooling system.

    Welcome to Midori On The Cape. Midori and Adrian and the kids and pets are first generation immigrants to the United States and are enthusiasts of Cape Cod lifestyle. You can read about our property reviews on WeNeedAVacation (Property IDs 34954 and 36373) and Airbnb (ID 51829113). Our three children and 5, 2, and 1 and we really enjoy the beach time. Kids can play and adults can chill and rest.

    We renovate and decorate each house ourselves while living in there. We design our vacation homes with the mind set of family friendly, access friendly, child friendly and pet friendly. All our vacation homes are single level with large living rooms and family rooms and have a large flat fenced in backyard, multiple large windows to see the backyard, so children and pets can explore freely and safely. There are comfortable couches and large TVs (60-70 inches), but we don't put TV in the bedrooms because we'd love you to rest well during your stay. All the rooms are thoughtfully decorated for relaxation. There are tons of seating and large beds to accommodate larger groups. We truly enjoy the space and the proximity to the beach and the nearby amenities, and enjoy staying and Cape Cod, indoor or outdoor. We hope you do to.

    What is special about this property?
    This house is in a quiet cul-de-sac, very walking friendly neighborhood. Walking friendly in a sense that it's really enjoyable walks, but not walkable to restaurants and no in Cape Cod there is no public transportation other than the ferry to the islands (We've had guests ask about public transportation and walking to restaurants and downtown). We love the quietness, and the beautiful stars at night. We love the fire pit. We love the large family room and the living room - 2 large common area to relax and spend a lot of time on. We love the large kitchen and outdoor grill dining area. We love that this house is on a single level, even the laundry is on the first floor, and the two bathrooms are access friendly and have safety grab bars. We love the location that it's quiet and accessible to beaches and downtown Hyannis, restaurants and shops.

    What is special about your town?
    Centerville has the combination of quick access, close to downtown and amenity. I call it ''the gateway to Cape Cod''. Everything you need on your vacation - beaches, hiking trails, lakes, downtown Hyannis, restaurants, groceries, ferry terminal to the islands is within 5-15 minutes drive. Everything on the Cape, even the farthest Provincetown, is within an hour reach. Centerville is perfect for a day trip hub. That's what we love about Centerville.
