Quality and location combine to make this property an enticing option for your Chatham family vacation. Hard to beat the location – just a ten minute stroll to Oyster Pond Beach and about the same to the shops, restaurants and everything else people love about Main Street, Chatham. 

And the family is sure to love the brand new second floor! The owners have completed a beautiful renovation. You have sleeping for up to four with a king size bed plus a pair of twins. There’s a beautiful new, full bath here as well as a large lounge area with another TV, a workspace to catch up on emails, and a couch and bean bags – a great place for kids to hang out in a space of their own. 

Downstairs you’ll feel right at home in the fully equipped kitchen with its adjoining walk-in pantry where the Keurig and drip coffee makers live. Please note, this home does not currently have a dishwasher. There’s also a separate formal dining room right off the kitchen as well as a half bath. The spacious living room has plenty of comfy lounge seating and a large wall mounted cable/smart TV. There are two bedrooms on the main level, one with a king size bed, the other with extra long twins.

The house has a large private yard with a fire pit, small deck, gas grill and an outdoor shower, plus a house-wide, covered porch across the front.

The home has central air conditioning, cable/smart TV and high speed Wi-Fi.

This property has a seven-night minimum during the peak season. As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $195.
