My wife and I stayed here with our two young kids. The house was just as shown in all the photos. The owner Ali was fantastic to deal with and very quick with a response to any questions or concern we had. The house is in a fantastic location, close to the beaches and stores, restaurants and shops. House was a perfect size for our family, and the neighborhood was very quiet. House was also in fantastic shape and very well kept. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone and my wife and I are already planning on renting here again. show more show less

This house is the perfect size for a family of 5 or 6. House is exactly as it appears in the pictures, clean & neat. Excellent location convenient to everything. Nice quiet side street in a beautiful area. Central air and outdoor shower are great amenities to have. The owner is easily accessible and extremely helpful.

We had a lovely stay at this cottage in Dennisport. The owner was incredibly responsive to all questions before, during and after our stay. The pictures on this site capture the entire house perfectly so everything looks exactly the same which was great! The house was wonderfully decorated and I especially loved the bell in the living room! The outside shower was a huge bonus as we spent every day at the beach. The central air was great because we had a few very humid days during our stay. The kitchen was so well stocked so we didn't use half the supplies we brought. This cottage was perfect for a family vacation. Layout of the house allowed plenty of space for everyone. Very clean & well kept. Location was very quiet but central to everything we needed, including stores and multiple beaches.

Central air was very helpful on a couple of humid days. Outdoor shower was great. Kitchen had every amenity. Sun room with sliders was a great space. The house looks exactly like the pictures on the website, no surprises!

Owner was extremely friendly and easily accessible by phone/text/email.

I would strongly recommend this house and would definitely stay here again.

Once again we had a great vacation in a very comfortable house. Everything was so clean and we had plenty of room for our family. The a/c was great with the heat & humidity too!

We loved our family vacation in this beautiful well maintained summer home. It is close to all Cape attractions, especially in Dennis, but is located on a nice quiet family street. The home was immaculately clean upon arrival and the décor gives it a Cape feel. My family of 6 was quite comfortable, and the central a/c was a big plus especially on the hot hot week we were there. Would highly recommend this property.
