This house is the perfect getaway! We were warmly welcomed to this home by owners Tony and Donna who have thought of everything. It is an extremely clean and well cared for house. My husband and I stayed here for one week with our two teens who each brought a friend. This location was so convenient to walk back and forth from the beach (takes less than 5 minutes) and not have to worry about getting to the beach in time to get parking. There is a private fenced in yard that includes an outdoor shower to rinse off sand, lawn games, grill, table and chairs. Inside there is seating on the couch for all and an extra long dining room table and chairs where we enjoyed meals and playing games together. If you want to stay near the house there are a couple of restaurants and places for ice cream you can walk to. It is just a short drive to anywhere else you would like to go. This house provided us with a relaxing, family-time filled week at the beach! We couldn't ask for anything more and are already looking forward to staying next summer.

I have rented this property for 10 years now. The home owners are fantastic, friendly, and attentive to any needs. The home is pristine and very comfortable. A short walk to Bayview Beach. Our favorite cape cod spot!

As a Cape Cod native who now lives in the Boston area, I was looking for a place to spend quality family time on my favorite Dennis beach. This rental is so perfect for that purpose that we have now been back every summer for 5 years.

The location couldn't be more perfect... just a short walk from one of the most beautiful and kid-friendly beaches in the world. Beach chairs, toys and a beach buggy are provided to help you set up camp on the beach. Bayview is the locals-only beach parking lot adjacent to public Mayflower beach, so it's typically less crowded around this entrance than Mayflower. (And it's literally the same stretch of sand.)

The space itself is clean, sleeps a family of 4-6 comfortably, and it's perfectly appointed to cook for a medium size group (4-10). Tony and Donna are extremely thoughtful and gracious hosts who have pretty much thought of everything you might need and added it to the rental already, but are also available and responsive if something is amiss.

Here are the only downsides I can think of... you will need to bring your own sheets and towels, which is normal for weekly rentals on the Cape, but can be a hassle to deal with. (It's definitely worth the effort though!) Also, as Tony and Donna readily admit -- cell service at the house proper is not great, but they do have Wifi set up for you to use, so not really a big deal.

Bottom line, rent this place for a fun summer week and you will not be disappointed. It's our kids' favorite week of the year, and they look forward to it and talk about it year round.

Thanks so much for providing such a warm and inviting home for our recent visit to the Cape. The beach house provided every amenity possible including a great outdoor shower which enabled us to relax and enjoy the beach which is 700 steps away. The sunsets never disappointed and low tide is great for families. Great restaurants and shopping are within a mile.

The place was perfect for our family of 4! It was so close to the beach that it made the every day juggle with two kids (toddler and a baby) very easy. The backyard is lovely with a hot shower outside. You can certainly clean off before going into the house. Again, perfect for our family dynamics. The house has everything you need and more (laundry, AC, nice bathrooms!). The living room couch was so comfortable! Tony and Donna really thought of everything; they even have a foldable wagon-type cart for you to take everything to the beach. The beach was amazing, very shallow water for the kids to run around. I actually felt like we had a vacation vs just a trip! We were able to enjoy ourselves! Thank you!!

My family and I rented this home for a week and had one of the best Cape vacations to date! First, the house is located a stone's throw away from the beach, making it extremely easy to set up early in the morning and come back and forth with little ones. While the house is beautiful and stocked with anything you need, our favorite part was the patio and yard. We ate all of our meals outside and enjoyed the yard games and hammock. Tony and Donna were so pleasant and we could tell that they took the cleaning/sanitizing very seriously in the midst of COVID. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation!

Our family rented this home for a week during the summer of 2020 - a memorable year for everyone, and it was the perfect escape and quiet retreat to the Cape that we all needed. The home is exactly as pictured in the photos - newer construction, modern classic décor, immaculate interior, and impeccable grounds keeping. The location is fabulous for beach lovers, and the home is equipped with a beach cart, coolers, and plenty of chairs to borrow during your stay. Convenient to DPM for any last minute needs to accompany your dinner on the Weber grill. Extra kudos to these lessors who took additional precautions this year to protect their tenants from COVID19 - extra cleaning, hospital grade disinfectants, laundering, and ventilation - we felt safe and welcome and will definitely be returning next year!

This is the thing we look forward to most every year. This house is perfect. It's a real home not a "rental". Has everything you need. Nice comfortable furnishings, beautiful back yard and a short walk to the beach, we come back and forth multiple times a day Tony and Donna are lovely and a pleasure to deal with always! They were covid ready and had a fantastic plan to keep their guests safe. Cant recommend this enough.

We have booked this property for the third straight year.

The location cannot be beat. It is a quiet side street, which is nice with kids knowing there is not a lot of traffic.

However, just around the corner is the town-only beach! Very short walk with the beach gear, and easy trips back for snacks and bathroom breaks.

Tony has the place stocked with all the kitchen stuff you need, and even a great supply of nice beach chairs (which is handy).

We have rented this lovely home from Tony and Donna for several consecutive years. The property is spacious, well-maintained, nicely decorated, and the kitchen is fully stocked with every kitchen device needed for the perfect Cape Cod feast! We have 2 boys (15 and 10), and we often have our close friends/family down for a few nights during our one week stay.

We never feel crowded or short on space during these times when we have 8 people in the house. The fact that it is air-conditioned on those hot Cape Cod nights is a big plus! Short walk to the lovely Bayview Beach with all of the beach chairs supplied by the homeowners is fantastic, and we're able to scoot home for a quick bathroom run for those long days on the beach. We love this house, and we know your family will too!

A beautiful location with a short walk to Bayview Beach. The rental is lovely, surrounded by eye catching landscaping and a patio. The home is very modern with a well-supplied kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and a closet full of items you may need or have forgotten. AC is available for those hot Cape Cod days. Hospitality reigns with our hosts who are ready to help at any time. We love it!!!!
