As returning guests, we loved our stay. With the heat this summer, the AC was a welcome amenity. The cottage is perfectly situated on a bluff with an open and large view of the Nantucket Sound. It is walking distance to (one of the best breakfasts around) the Sailing Cow, and there is a snack bar at the entrance of the beach parking lot. The cottage is well kept and convenient.

Deena's place is a coastal cottage gem. This is our second time staying here and won't be our last. The cottage is so cozy with a welcoming vibe. Everything from the coastal decor to the oceanview lends to an ideal beach getaway. The location is perfect! Easy to get up and down the Cape. Enjoyed walking the very nearby beach and the quiet neighborhood. The cottage has a fireplace and comfy throws and blankets for cool nights. An enclosed porch is great for just hanging out and enjoying the oceanview or reading a book. We appreciated a fully stocked kitchen. Has everything you need to get started with your stay. A charming cottage in an amazing location; ocean view, beach access, great restaurants, close to shopping. And the full kitchen is well provisioned. Deena was welcoming and very helpful from start to finish. We can't wait to come back.

This was our 3rd stay at Beach Hills, and we continue to love everything about it! The cottage is perfectly decorated and maintained- plus cleanliness is always impeccable. You can't beat the location- and the view, of course! Deena is an exceptional host. You'll be lucky to stay here!

Love the location. We walked the beach every morning, which is steps away from the Cottage. The Cottage is so cute and updated with everything you need. Deena is such a gracious host and answered all my emails in record time. I can't wait to come back.

I’ve stayed many places on the Cape and this is one of my very favorite cottages.

Dena and her husband bought the property just before the 2018 season and did a great job with some quick updates and a beautiful nautical theme. The white and blues carried through the decor, from watercolor splashed coasters to an antique harpoon high up above the wall mounted flat-screen.

We really loved the beach adjacent location. We enjoyed ocean views at every time of day, sunsets pink hues over the water is particularly beautiful. They even added a new enclosed outdoor-shower which is great when you walk up all sandy from the beach.

We also loved all the extra creature comfort amenities like AC for muggy nights, a dishwasher, and a washer/dryer. Not at all standard with cape rentals and very nice to have.

There is a spacious living room. The 2 bedrooms are mostly the bed with only a little space around them, one is a full and the other a full with a twin bunk bed over it. We spent most of our time outside, adventuring around the cape or on the beach so the bedrooms, while nice, didn’t matter much. Dena has more plans for improvements and I can’t wait to hopefully stay here again and see them.

And if you are still wondering if this would be a good place to vacation, let me take you through one of our days at the cottage:
I wake up to the smell of salt water hanging in the air, it’s ~6am sunny and quite apart from the occasional neighbor's screen door in the distance opening and closing or sprinklers turning off.

My friends are still sleeping so I cross the parking lot and take a long stroll on the beach. I walk a few blocks inland and pick up ice coffees and treats at Woofies Bakery for everyone who I guess will be starting to wake. We sit at on the picnic table sipping our coffees and chatting while little bunnies play among the wildflowers (we had fun naming them).

We can see beach goers arriving below in the Sea Street parking lot. We put on our suits, grab our towels and chairs and head down to the beach ourselves. A few friends staying elsewhere meet us down there. It’s a great beach soft sand, minimal seaweed, plenty of space, and great water temps.

Lunch time rolls around, I walk back to the cottage in less than 2 minutes. I make some sandwiches for the troops and bring them back down in a cute Cape Cod beach bag Dena gave to us.

Around 6pm, the girls and I head back to the cottage. We rotate showering (there is an indoor and outdoor), sip wine and enjoy some cheese while we watch a streamed over WiFi show on the flat screen. Once dressed up a little we head out for dinner at a really nice local restaurant, The Ocean House (It's really popular, book a reservation weeks ahead if you want to go at a prime dinner hour).

We take a long walk home and stop in at nearby Sundae School for fantastic ice cream. We wind down the night chatting on the screened in front porch.

After a beautiful day, when I rest my head on my pillow, I can hear the ocean just outside my window lulling me to sleep and promising another special day on Cape Cod tomorrow. show more show less

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this cottage. It was very clean with beautiful decor and everything looked brand new!! We enjoyed the outside patio while eating and/or just relaxing in the Adirondack chairs admiring the view of the ocean. The beach was nice and the water was calm, which was good for the kids. We also loved the private outdoor shower and sitting out on the screened in porch at night once the kids went to bed.

There are a lot of places close by to eat in Dennisport. We had some good breakfasts at the Wee Packet and Good Friends cafe. Dinner at Chapins was good and was kid friendly. Or if you’re just looking for a quick bite to eat, the Dog House is just a few short minutes away. Overall we had a great experience. The owners are very accommodating and are excited to share their home. We would return to this spot. show more show less

Our family had a wonderful week in this home! The home is decorated beautifully and is very clean. We were all very comfortable and able to unwind easily. Perfect view and right on the water!!! The owner was easily available and very attentive to our needs! We look forward to returning!!
