We arrived and the owner met us and gave us a tour of the house and answered all our questions. The house is in a very nice location and on a quiet street. It is just 7/10 of a mile to the beach, and within a short walk you are at several restaurants and an ice cream stand. It is a great place. Thanks, Lynne.

Such a great rental. We were a tiny bit hesitant about renting this summer because there isn't ac but plenty of fans and we had cool nights. It is such a great set up and location. The fact that it has a fenced in yard for our dog and small kids is huge! Clean, comfy and a quiet dead end street. I love the house decor, simple and beachy. Perfect for small families.The location is close to so many great places to try. Lynne is the nicest to work with that we just had to rent again. This is the 3rd year in a row we have rented this house, and we keep coming back. The owner (Lynne) could not be nicer and the house is really great. We love the fenced in back yard (great for our 4 year old) and the property is super close to EVERYTHING while being in a very quiet neighborhood. This the best rental deal on the Cape.

Our family goes to the Cape for a week every 4th of July, and we were excited to find this house! Big, fenced in yard was perfect for our toddler and dog, the deck and BBQ grill were awesome, the neighborhood was quiet and relaxing but close to everything. (Check out Wolfies Bakery and the Sundae School Ice cream!)

The owner, Lynn, met us with a bottle of wine, popsicles for the kids, and dog cookies for our furry friend. Proximity to the beach and plenty of fans kept a nice air flow through the house. The house was immaculate when we got there… I feel bad for the next renters. Even though I cleaned before we left, (washed the floors, made the beds, emptied the fridge, picked up after my dog, removed the trash) there is NO WAY I (or anyone) could get the house as clean as Lynn had it when I got there!!

I only have one “complaint” about the property. Because the house was so great, when my teenager and her boyfriend came for “the day,” I had trouble getting them to leave…..

We will definitely be back! In fact, we are thinking or renting again this August! iIf I can get any more time off from work...)

"My family and I just got back from a wonderful vacation on the Cape. We stayed at this property for one week (July4-11) and had an incredible time. First and foremost the home-owner is extremely responsive, kind, and caring about the guest experience. All emails & questions were answered with-out delay, and the homeowners sincerity was quite evident with each correspondence. The house itself is excellent! Harwood floors throughout- Very nice feel to it! Too many rentals feel like rundown cottages, this is defintely a home! Our daughter LOVED the fenced in backyard and we enjoyed the deck w/grill. This house is in a great location, central to all the fun and removed enough from the hectic bustle - I would strongly recommend this property to anyone with children or simply looking for a relaxing vacation!" show more show less
