Rent an American Classic. This five-bedroom home sleeps ten comfortably. Built in 1867, this Sea Captain's home is one of a kind and provides a unique New England feel. Three sitting rooms, two patios, and two porches allow the group to spread out. Exceptionally bright and breezy, there are large windows and hardwood floors throughout. The downstairs features a large kitchen, dining room, den, family room, living room, and full bath. There are five large bedrooms and a bath upstairs.

The heated pool is completely fenced in and locked for safety. The spacious, private yard features two patios and ample furniture.

With every convenience close by, this house is in the heart of the historic district. Walk to Grand Cove, the playground, ice cream parlor, a cozy restaurant and another bar/restaurant.
The go-carts, trampolines, batting cages, bumper cars, kayak rentals are all approximately .5-3 miles away.
South Village Beach (mouth of the Swan River-great for boogie boards) and West Dennis Beach (lots of parking and located at the mouth of the Bass River) are both just 1.3 miles down the street. Central location facilitates trips to Hyannis, Chatham, Provincetown. Dennis has beautiful beaches on both Nantucket Sound and Cape Cod Bay (all accessible with a weekly pass).

I have rented my home for 13 summers. I have had over 70 happy parties enjoy their stay as I speak with every tenant and make sure my house meets their expectations.
