We stayed at Relaxing Retreat for an amazing week From 8/23/2025-8/30/2025! Thanks Kim and Chris for being wonderful hosts! The weather was great, so we were able to enjoy the house, the outdoor space, and the beach (with a few walks to Sundae School for ice cream). The house is set up for privacy for large groups with many bedrooms apart from each other. The 2nd floor multi-bed room (I think there were 5) was great for the kids, with a bath. The cottage with two more bedrooms and a bath provided privacy to the older generation at the beginning of the week, and a family with a small baby at the end of the week. Having 2 kitchens (stocked with everything!!), multiple baths, 2 outdoor showers, and an amazing deck with grills was appreciated by all during the week. The outdoor area was well stocked with a firepit, hammock, and all the yard games that you can imagine. Great wiffle ball games during the week! Beach a short walk, even the beach equipment stored in the shed came in VERY handy for those that forgot chairs, beach wagons, umbrellas, and bikes!

Great farm stand across the street for fresh veggies! Fresh corn every day......highly recommend, can't wait to go back!

We stayed here 6/21/25 until 06/28/25 with our Ohio family. Beautiful and spacious home with sweet guest cottage, has everything you might need then some. Great yard for outdoor activities w/ plenty of parking for all. Enjoyed grilling and dinners on the spacious, nicely furnished deck. S'more's at the fire pit. Literally no need to bring anything except food. Plenty for everyone to do with all the bikes, games, movies and out door toys. We loved being within walking distance to beach, restaurants and a short walk to the best ice cream spot. Best vacation spot !! Can't wait to go back! The owner went above and beyond with all the accommodations. Oh, I cannot forget- I loved the coffee bar in main house !!!!

We had an amazing vacation at this beautiful home! It was huge and very well stocked. There was nothing we needed that it didn't have, including beach stuff. There are several fridges, which was great for so many people. The yard is massive and perfect for our dogs and for the kids to play games. The smaller cottage was great for the grandparents to get away from the noise and to control the temperature to their liking. Everything was just a short drive away. We especially loved Holy Cow Ice Cream!! The landlord was very fast at responding for the one small issue we had, thank you for that. And thank you so much for letting us stay at your home!

We stayed a week at the Relaxing Retreat and had one of our best vacations. We were a mixed family group ages 9-78 and the house checked the boxes for our entire group and their needs. The house is on a busier street but has a large driveway/parking lot to accommodate several cars (we had 6 one night) so parking wasn't an issue. It is also walking distance to some of the best small businesses in Dennisport: Wee Packet restaurant and gift shop, Woflie's Bakery, Bandera's deli, mini-golf, ice cream shops. And the best part was the farm stand across the street where we could get fresh corn for dinner every night and ice for the coolers.
We were about a 15 minute walk to Sea Street Beach and 20 mins to Inman and Depot. We ended up driving to Inman most days and getting a weekly parking sticker which worked out with handicapped parking and easy access to the beach. We could load up the car and take everyone in one trip.
The main house has 4 bedrooms. One doesn't have a door but a curtain for privacy which worked out fine. The upstairs bedroom was great for kids - they had their own space and loved it. The two main bedrooms are very spacious. We loved the kitchen which had plenty of seating and was very well- equipped. The cottage is adorable and a great spot for our older kids to have a place to hang out. The ACs worked so well, we were very comfortable at night.
And the yard is massive! Great place if you bring your dog to run around safely. And it was great for firepits and lawn games.
The homeowner was so communicative and helpful. We had no issues during our stay and check in was easy. There were even some nice touches like a gift back when we arrived which was very thoughtful.

What a wonderful house and cottage! The house was perfectly equipped for our multi-generational family of 10 - fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds and bedrooms for all, room for 10 at the dinner table, large area for several cars to park. We made good use of the coffee bar, and the two small additional refrigerators. The dogs loved the huge fenced-in yard, and we enjoyed all the outdoor seating and eating options and lawn games. Was great not having to bring any beach chairs or other beach equipment, all was available at the house.
The location is unbeatable, so much is walkable - the beach, ice cream, bakery, restaurants, even a farmstand across the street.
Owner Kim was great in the whole rental process, super-prompt in answering questions, we even got a 'Relaxing Retreat' welcome bag, a nice surprise. Really can't say enough about this house, definitely was a Relaxing Retreat!

This property was perfect for our extended family reunion. All the bedrooms were comfortable and plenty of room to spread out. The backyard was vast and we enjoyed the firepit and many games that were available for our use. The house is stocked with everything you need for cooking and serving. Beach, chairs, wagons and umbrellas for the beach are also available and in really good shape. Beach is a short walk down the road. Close to restaurants and shopping. We all enjoyed staying and would stay again. Kim is a great host.

Our family stayed in this house 11 years ago before Kim purchased the home. The upgrades and improvements she made are awesome!! We loved being back to spot the changes! This house was perfectly sized for our family of 11 with room to spare. We made dinner at home nearly every night and always had room for everyone. The washer and dryer were great! My kids loved (and I appreciated!) all of the yard games and toys along with the bikes in the shed for use. My oldest 2 girls (11&6) rode 2 wheel bikes for the first time here! We made use of the beach chairs as well. Tons of board games and kids games too for use and my 5 year old definitely did! Great location for everywhere on the cape!

We loved our stay here. It was a great place for kids and dogs. Besides having lots of space both inside and out, there was lots to keep the kids busy when not at the beach. The living room was stocked with board games, and the shed had plenty of outdoor games to play with, as well. The property was fenced, which kept the little ones and the dogs safe. The best part of the backyard, though, was the fire pit, which was perfect on cool nights--and for those who like s'mores. We liked it so much that we plan on going back next year.

Great house with additional cottage for large family vacations. There was so much space between the two houses for all of us to relax and enjoy the week. The location was perfect. Walking distance to restaurants, beaches, ice cream, farm stand, and so much more. The house had everything we needed, from beach chairs to reusable grocery bags to bring to the store, the owners really thought of everything. Kim was so great at communicating when the house was ready and quick to respond when we had a question. Our family had an amazing week, we created some great memories that will last a lifetime. We loved staying at your house. The rooms worked out great. My grandkids loved the upstairs room and enjoyed all the outside toys, bikes, and inside toys and puzzles.
Your yard was amazing and easily contained the wiffle balls that were hit about.
The new grill was awesome and Smores at the firepit were delicious.
We walked to the beach, pizza, ice cream (multiple trips), coffee and muffins and to pick up the daily paper.

We had such a wonderful time vacationing at Relaxing Retreat. My family of seven, plus grand parents, aunts, uncles, cousins and family friends all stayed overlapping throughout the week. There was plenty of space for all. Having the fenced in yard for our golden retriever was wonderful. We were able to see fireworks on the 4th of July from the backyard and used the fire pit often.
The location is great, close to so many beaches, shops and restaurants.
The kids were able to walk to the beach, ice cream, and the farm stand, and there is a nice neighborhood close by for walking the dog.
The house was well equipped with everything we needed and was spotless on arrival. Kim was so wonderful to deal with throughout the rentals process. Really just a fantastic, positive experience all around.

Enjoyed a wonderful week with family at this lovely home. Lots of room for all 15 of us to spread out, with great fenced in backyard safe for the kids and stocked with games and outdoor toys. Location couldn't have been better with close access to everything!!! Owner very responsive to any questions or needs.

Front the beginning to the end, this was the BEST family vacation ever, thanks to the owner of the property in Dennisport, MA. The owner of this property was the best she was so responsive to any and everything from day one I felt I knew her from another life.

The spacious Main House and adjoining Cottage was so awesome for me and my entire family of 11 :) from ages 2 to 65. Everything that you could have wanted and need was available, I felt like I was home and my adult kids were very happy especially with the fenced in back yard for the 5 kiddos. Taco nite and Pizza nite was amazing with all of us being able to sit at the same dinner table together, just perfect.

I will definitely be looking forward to visiting this beach vacation home again!

The location is AMAZING!! We were able to get anywhere so quickly and we walked most of the time.

Our family of 12 rented this home for a week. It was a perfect layout for a large family gathering. A 10-15 minute walk to Sea St Beach, a fresh farm stand across the street and ice cream stand just down the road. Kid and adult bikes were there and enjoyed by all to ride back snd forth to the beach, yard games and a fire pit that we enjoyed every night of our stay. Loved everything about our stay!

We had a great time! The house was located in a great area, we could walk or bike to the beach. The kids enjoyed biking, and it was a safe area that we could let them go freely to the store or the ice cream shoppe down the road. The house was warm and inviting. We were a party of 11, but there was room for more. The additional cottage is a great feature, as is the fire pit. Kim was very accommodating and was available to answer any questions we had. We would definitely consider going back!

Our 14 member, three generation family found Relaxing Retreat to be the perfect place for a family vacation. We enjoyed many beaches, night time fire pit fun, Sundae School, and more. Relaxing Retreat is very well equipped, clean, and provided plenty of space for all of us. The owner, Kim, is responsive to any need or issue. Our family hopes to return to Relaxing Retreat soon!

Our 2nd year renting this beautiful house and it didn't disappoint. Great family vacation! The house was just like home and more! Convenient to everything. My only regret is that we won't be back until next summer

This was the first year my extended family stayed together for our Cape
Cod vacation. This house worked out well because the house gave each family group privacy while common areas were large enough to accommodate all.

The house and cottage are equipped with everything you can imagine. There's an abundance of plates, glasses, utensils and cooking equipment; there is plenty of seating in the living room areas and the kitchen; there are puzzles, games, and DVDs.

Luckily the weather held out and we spent hours in the yard where there is plenty of room to play whiffle ball, ladder ball, and to let the kids run around. The fire pit, surrounded with plenty of Adirondack chairs got a workout.

The shed is loaded with chairs, umbrellas, tents, bikes, and wagons.
The owner is quick to respond and easy to work with.

This home and guest house worked so well for our summer family vacation. The layout was perfect for our wide variety of age groups……plenty of rooms for games, quiet time and reading or being all together. The large deck and spacious yard was enjoyed by all. Kitchen had all items we needed and more. Great variety of games and puzzles for all ages. Welcome gifts were a lovely surprise. All needs and questions were responded to quickly.

Just got home after enjoying the week in Dennis Port this is our second year renting this amazing home. I forgot the crock pot but no worries the kitchen is fully stocked. Our family enjoyed the fenced in back yard using the volleyball and fire pit. This home has plenty of space and is a short walk to beach, restaurants and amazing ice cream shop. Thank you Kim and Chris we really enjoyed our stay.

A perfect piece of Cape Cod living in this one place. The house has plenty of room for a large family to enjoy or be alone reading a book. The land is great with plenty of parking and awesome fire pit. If you are like us you bring everything you think you need to enjoy a day or week on the beach. Their home has everything you need for the beach or cooking or having fun playing games indoor or outdoors in the yard. The back house is an added bonus for big families or gatherings. Plenty of parking as well. The house was spotless.

Great week was had by all.

What a great find this was! The house, the yard, the fire pit, the Dennisport area and of course Woolfies. These owners didn't forget a thing! The house is beautiful and fully stocked. We were a family of 8 adults and 6 children and never once did we feel crowded.

We had a great stay at the property! The location was amazing. We were walkable to restaurants, Sunday School ice cream, and the local beach! They had a ton of activities for the kids at the house and a bunch of yard games for us to enjoy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful 2 weeks at this beautiful Cape Cod retreat! It had everything you would need. Loved being right down the street from all beaches and restaurants but most of all walking distance to Sundae School the best ice cream.

The house is amazing and the cottage in the back is the cutest. Loved how big the back yard was and also the awesome fire pit. It had all types of yard games!

This house was great for a long awaited (due to Covid) get together with my extended family and friends. The house was spacious and well appointed with plenty of room for everyone to have some time away to read or relax.

The backyard is very large and the fire pit is wonderful. We no longer have young children, but the gated back yard would be perfect for those that do. My daughter had to work during our trip and the wifi was fine. Location of the property is excellent! Homeowners super responsive and nice!

We have rented this house for two years in a row, but we were blown away by all of the remodels, updates, and work that has been done on this home! Everything was thought of, and the addition of the new king bedroom suite was amazing! We had family come in that we hadn't seen in a while and there was a ton of room for all!

The cottage in the back was great and the yard, you can't beat! We loved cooking in the big kitchen and enjoying nighttime smores, Sundae school, and more! Home was incredibly clean, had everything we had forgotten, and the access to the shed was great! Great access to the beach - owners are amazing and incredibly responsive, we couldn't have asked for a better week (of sun everyday)!

We spent the week celebrating my milestone birthday. The owners of this property are very responsive and easy to communicate with. The house had everything we needed. There was plenty of room to host my sister and her family, my adult children, and some close friends.

The house was perfect. It has been recently updated and is immaculate. The big kitchen was the hub of the house with room for everyone to gather. The separate guest house, big yard, 2 outdoor showers, deck and grills allowed everyone to spread out.

Inside the main house has plenty of room with a large living room, separate smaller living room and 4 bedrooms. The beds were comfortable, plenty of hot water for showers, well-appointed kitchen and pantry. There are plenty of TVs with easy to use remotes! Lots of parking space.

The house is in a great location with plenty of things to do. We walked to get ice cream, breakfast at the Wee Packet and Woolfies Bakery, dinner at the Ocean House and more.

The beaches are also less than a mile and we went to them all. My son and husband caught a few small fish from shore and found some fresh water ponds nearby. We golfed at Dennis Highlands and Bayside in Yarmouth and enjoyed them both. We loved the house and the area.
