Catch up on your reading (discover our treasure trove of books, dvd’s and games if you forgot yours), dine inside or out on the patio overlooking the peaceful waters of the Sound. Grab a cup of coffee and watch a sunrise. Everyday brings a new adventure.

You will find the cottage cozy but spacious with ample storage and living space. The bedroom boasts a closet, a delightful window seat to curl up in, and a double-size bed. The airy eat-in kitchen is well equipped, the full bath is roomy with an outdoor access as well. The approx 8’x20’ living area includes a full mattress futon, and a sectional sofa suitable for 2 kids. Both the kitchen and living area have ceiling fans.

Located in Chase's Ocean Grove in Dennisport, a historical cottage colony dating back to the 1930’s, it’s close to shopping, restaurants, movie theaters and many local attractions. The Cape Cod National Seashore, Chatham, P’Town, Hyannisport and the Islands are all easy day trips from the Grove.

While the Grove is very family orientated, and the beaches are pleasant and safe for kids, we do request that you leave your beloved pets safely at home. We also ask you not to smoke in the cottage. Other than that, come share our little piece of Paradise. We’d love to have you visit.

    Great Location

    We stayed at Kathy's cottage for a week and it was great! The cottage was cozy but enough space for me and my fiancé. It had everything we needed to grill, beach, and relax! The cottage is just a few steps to the beach in a very friendly neighborhood. It was a great week of relaxation and fun. It's also very close to ice cream and downtown Harwichport which has great restaurants. The hosts were very responsive and very friendly.

    This little cottage was just perfect! The outdoor table & umbrella was where we spent our days watching the coming & going of beach goers. You are right on the beach! The cottage has been renovated & just adorable! The owners were so accommodating & kind. My grandparents built cottages across the highway from here, so this area is very special to me. They were called Eddy's Silver Cottages, then later known as Windward Cottages. Dick Chase had leased my grandfather the land for 99 years.

    The setting was beautiful and serene...completely relaxing. The cottage is charming....clean, bright, nicely decorated. I will definitely come again!

    Great Rental!

    Chase's Ocean Grove is a wonderful & friendly community...the beach was great--only steps away from the cottage. We enjoyed our coffee each morning overlooking the ocean. The cottage was clean, bright, and nicely decorated, with everything there that we needed, including a selection of games, books, and beach toys. We will definitely be coming again next year!

    SO FUN!

    This place was GREAT! My family and I had a wonderful time. The Taylors are wonderful hosts. The cottage is beautiful, so many special touches such as handmade curtains. About 10 steps to the beach and the neighbors were super friendly and helpful. Look forward to next year. Strongly recommend this place. Thanks you Mr and Mrs Taylor.
