The Beeches location is the best there is. Step off the deck into the sand. Paul goes out of his way to make sure you are happy. The accomodations were very comfortable and perfect for my elderly mother to navigate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This was our second year staying at "The Breezes" and it really is the best spot on the Cape! With a private beach, literally as your backyard, we didn't even want to leave to sight-see this year. The area is quaint and quiet, but has all the nearby conveniences one would need. The beach is clean, with calm, warm water, and best of all, it is PRIVATE, which was so important during the busier 4th of July week.

Paul, the owner, takes pride in his property, and is always making upgrades. We felt like we were arriving at a home away from home, and we left our deposit for next year before we even checked out. With memories of “Breezes” still fresh in my mind, I write this review wishing I was still sitting on that deck while doing so! We just finished our first 7-day stay at “Breezes” in Unit C (2 adults, two kids 5 & 3), and are already dreaming of returning next year. We toured all three units, and each is just beautiful, with A being the largest, then B, and C is smallest, but totally perfect for a family of four.

The condo itself was excellent, with wi-fi, blu-ray/dvd, stereo, flatscreen TV, coffeemaker and more, but it’s so hard to pull yourself in from the huge oceanfront deck, you’ll barely need any of those things! The view out of the sliders (really from anywhere in the condo) is magnificent! The kids' room also has a window that faces the ocean.

The real draw here is the location. You could not be more “on the beach” if you tried! It is one step down to a sandy paradise, and Unit C, in particular, is flanked by a dune that provides beauty and privacy. The beach is beautiful, and the owner takes the time to rake it each day to ensure it is very clean. The surf on Nantucket Sound is both warm and gentle enough for even the youngest swimmers, and I felt very comfortable letting my kids play throughout the private beach independently, as I could see them from the deck at all times.

Dennis was a great central location to explore all of Cape Cod, and we went whale watching, to Chatham Lighthouse and the National Seashore, with no more than a 30-minute drive. Within a 2-minute walk, never even leaving the beach, you have the Sailing Cow Restaurant and an ice cream shack to walk to every day, as well. Swan River is just a 2-minute drive and has dine-in and take out seafood, even whole lobsters cooked and ready for you to eat in your own condo!

Bring sheets and towels, as linens are not provided. There is no cleaning service, so you will need to clean/return the condo to your arrival condition when you leave. I was worried about the lack of A/C when booking, but not once during our visit did we need it. Even on the hottest days, the sea breeze through the condos is amazing, and there are fans in every room.

I agonized over where to stay while planning our trip, reading review after review, and now I cannot imagine staying anywhere else! My kids most used phrase throughout our stay was “I can’t believe our backyard is the ocean” and "this is the life"! This property is the one!! show more show less

The second you walk in the front door and see the beach through the sliding door to the deck, you know you're in paradise. The rental is well appointed with all the comforts of home. We had a very peaceful and quiet vacation.

Just steps to the beach off of a huge private deck. I went swimming every day and spent hours at a time laying on a chaise lounge on the deck reading. Paul is a great landlord and always available if you should need anything.

The rental is within a few miles of restaurants and anything else you might want or need. I was pleasantly surprised at just how convenient the location is to everything.

Ultimately, it's the perfect summer vacation spot, one we were fortunate to find and hope to enjoy again and again. Thanks, Paul. show more show less
