Two family, less than 1mile from Inman Beach and 3 blocks from the quaint village of Dennis Port. The larger house's first floor has two bedrooms with a queen bed in each room and one full bath, a living room, and a full kitchen. The second floor has one large bedroom with three twin beds. Smaller house on the first floor has one bedroom with a queen bed, living room, full bathroom, and kitchen. Second floor has a loft bedroom with a full size bed. Good size back yard with Weber grill, firepit, and Outdoor Bar. Walk to a playground located next to the village green. Short walk to restaurants, gift shops, antique shops and ice cream shop. Close to the bike path that leads to the beach. Outdoor shower and good size back yard. Plenty of parking.

    Fantastic Cape Vacation Spot!

    My family and I recently stayed here in Dennisport, and I can say is: We will be back!!
    It was an absolute dream! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by a house that perfectly captured the essence of a classic Cape summer retreat, it was so satisfying. The location was unbeatable because we were just a short, ~10 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute walk to the center of town. If you have a car (as we did) the possibilities are endless. The beaches are never ending!! The little downtown center area is so fun and functional, there's ice cream stores, shopping, bars and restaurants, grocery stores are within a 10 minute drive and my kids raided the dollar tree for beach toys and snacks which is a 5 minute drive (you can walk there as well). Anywhere you go, you get this refreshing ocean breeze which made me feel so relaxed.
    The house itself was spotless, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Great layout. We loved being so close to everything, nothing felt too out of the way!
    The backyard space was a highlight as well, we were grilling in the evening, roasting marshmallows by the fire, and the bar shed was SO fun (I want one for my house!) It was genuinely so effortless to feel relaxed here.
    Karen was incredibly responsive and provided thoughtful touches, like beach chairs, a guide to local attractions, beach towels, etc. She was so helpful and answered any questions we had.
    Like I said, we will be back! 5/5 stars! Thank you again, Karen!

    Our forever family vacation spot

    This summer 2025 will be our 6th yr and our forever go to house on the Cape. My kids young and young adult look forward to this week every year and love staying at the Carraco home. The owners are not only great people but great hosts very responsive and care about making sure you have a great stay at their home. This home has 2 separate living spaces which is ideal for larger groups or like my family a mix of older adult and younger children. There is plenty of space, parking, updated kitchen, large back yard with 2 grills and even a shed/bar that makes for nights in the yard grilling and sitting by the fire making s'mores some of our best memories. It is located near so many great restaurants, ice cream shops, parks and of course beaches all in walking distance that we enjoy visiting year after year.     The visit to the Cape this year was great. Karen's house is clean and spacious, with a great location. Having two living spaces worked out well having a family of 10, including 2 children, visiting. The backyard with picnic tables, fire pit, and room to play worked out wonderful. After the beach there is an outside shower to use, and a washer and dryer in the basement to clean up. For larger loads there is a laundromat right down the street. Good size kitchen for cooking a family dinner, and we were all able to squeeze around the table and enjoy! Would love to visit again! show more show less

    The house has plenty of bedrooms and the beds are comfy. It is an overall comfortable house, however it could use a little bit of work especially on the outside, but that is one of the things that makes it comfortable. The couches are really nice, the kitchen is completely functional. It is nice that it has 2 kitchens, in case you run out of refrigerator space. The owner is very nice and helpful. show more show less

    Karen's property in Dennisport was perfect for the group I was traveling with. It was under a mile from Inman beach and so close to all the fun bars and restaurants Dennis has to offer. We were there for the week of the 4th which was unseasonably warm but Karen was kind enough to install AC units in all the bedrooms before we arrived so we could sleep comfortably. During the day we were either at the beach or out back playing yard games so we weren't affected too much by the heat. The yard is awesome and has a fire pit we spent a lot of time around. Great spot and great vacation - Thanks Karen!

    It is a classic Cape Cod home with an apartment attached.

    What is special about your town?
    The location is fantastic. Walking distance to the Dennisport Village. Restaurants, gift shops, ice cream parlor, bakery, play ground, library, laundromat. Best of all under one mile to the beach.
