    Quiet location

    We rented this cottage the first week of July. When we walked in, there was a strong musty smell, perhaps because we were the first rental of the summer. Leaving the windows open for a few days helped remove the smell. We were disappointed at how small the kitchen was but the bedrooms were a good size. The couch and chairs in the living room were very uncomfortable and the TV was very small. We were looking forward to spending some time in the screened porch during the evening, but there were no lights and the area was quite dusty. In the description it states that it's 1/10th of a mile to a beach, but it's actually a boat loading area and not a beach. show more show less
