Cozy Dennisport Beach Condo near Inman Road Beach

This was the perfect vacation home. It was close to dining and the beach. You could easily travel to Chatham for shopping or Harwich downtown. It was nice to be able to walk to the beach. Having access to the pool was wonderful as well when you don't want to deal with the sand. The home was clean and offered all that you would need during your vacation. We were very thankful for the ac unit in the bedrooms as the week we stay was extremely hot. Owners were very accommodating, friendly and willing to answer any questions as well as making sure we all settled once we checked in. This is our 3rd year staying at this condo. We have 2 boys, now 8 and 4, and this has been an ideal location for us all 3 years. This year, we were slightly nervous to go away at all and felt so comfortable with our stay. The condo was clean and social distancing was apparent by the other units as well. We walked to the beach daily (sometimes in the morning and then again at night) and used the pool. The condo's low number of units made social distancing easy even at the pool. The condo is equipped with everything we need, everyone we met was friendly and took pride in their units as well. Perfect property for a family of 4! show more show less

The condo we rented from Karin & Bob was very nice, comfortable, and beach. Although the weather wasn"t to great, it was nice that the beach is a TRUE short walk, and it was a nice beach with jetty"s on either side. Also it was a short walk to the Wee Packet restaurant and Sundae School.
Back at the rental, there was a back patio with seating for four plus a grill. This is also the walkway to the pool...may seem a little odd, walking behind other units. But I"ll take the odd to gain a pool (salt water system). There were more than enough fans...good ones too, some were the turbo type. Bathroom and kitchen has very adequate supplies. At this point I can"t remember to what I was thinking...but I remember saying to myself OMG, they even have.....(?). The ONLY thing missing (or I couldn"t find) is a 79 cent can opener...the kind with a point at one end and round (bottle) on the other.
Overall it was very comfortable. We would NOT hesitate to stay there again.

'm very happy to write that we loved the location and property. We walked to Inman Beach-right down the road-no driving-no parking fees. We used the property's pool too. Dennis Port is great mid-Cape location with Provincetown less than an hour away and access to bay and Nantucket a sound waters not to mention all the local eateries and ice cream parlors. The property is a cozy condo/townhouse good for 4 people. The bedrooms and bathroom are small but serve their function well. With a full kitchen, grill and good size dining area we ate a few meals at the condo. Overall it was a great experience and we look forward to coming back next year. show more show less

Our stay in Dennis Port, Ma. was a very pleasant experience! The condo was clean and very well equipped with all the necessities for a very comfortable vacation. The location was great and conveniently near the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The price was very reasonable as well. The owners were great, and refunded the damage deposit right away. We would definitely consider renting this property again next year!

My family stayed here for one week 8/16/2014-8/23/2014. We enjoyed a relaxing stay in Unit C of this condo unit. It was quiet and comfortable. Located a short walk down the street from the Inman Rd beach and the pool was absolutely beautiful. My children enjoyed the pool very much. There is a playground across the street also. The unit is in very close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, and the Sundae school ice cream parlor. I had everything I needed to cook in as eating out every meal was not practical with 2 young children. We were able to cook lobsters and grill very easily. We enjoyed very comfortable weather the week we were there. The nights were cool and we never had a need to use more than a small fan. I could see it being hot upstairs without AC if the weather was especially warm, but the fans provided were enough for us. Thank you. show more show less

We enjoyed our week long stay at this truly cool condo: cozy, clean, good enough for a family of 4 plus a guest, close to the beach, park/playground and restaurants of your choice; yes I would add an a/c and laundry to the unit maybe in the future but its should not stop anyone from enjoying the place. We were lucky to have only a few humid nights but overall, I will highly recommend it to my family and friends to make a trip to Dennis port and to use this pretty good condo/home. I can only say thank you to the owners and to wish them to keep up an awesome job with this place as they do now. Some Great new memories were created here for sure!!!!
