We have been vacationing in Dennis area for over 40 years and this home is beautiful. This is our second time renting this home. It is centrally located to our favorite beach (Corporation Rd.Beach), restaurants, Cape Cod Playhouse, theatre, multiple stores to fit your grocery needs. The house encompasses itself in a pleasant quiet neighborhood with comfortable beds, towels and bed linen, a beautiful luxurious kitchen with all the extras, 2 wonderful full baths, games, puzzles, a beautiful deck, washer and dryer, close to Cape Cod Rail Trail to bike, run, or walk. Since we are bikers it is a plus that we can park our car and store our bikes in the garage.
Peter is always quickly to respond to any questions and concerns you may have.

Been going to the Cape for 50 years, and this place lives up to it's billing. It's like a brand new house, and all you need on the Cape.

The homeowner Peter made the whole process as easy as it can be and was responsive to our questions. Highly recommend!

This is the 2nd time we have rented this property; the first being Memorial Day weekend and the most recent rental was for a full week. The house was immaculate both times and had all the amenities one could ask for, especially the A/C and outdoor shower. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and a short drive to downtown Dennis and Bayside beaches, so it's a great base for all your Cape activities.

The owner was very accommodating and responsive to all our questions. He even shipped a toothbrush charger we left in the house back to us the next business day at no cost. We have a fractional ownership of a condo in Hyannis, but we wanted to try the north side of the Cape for a change, and we are very glad we did. This is a perfect property, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Cape Cod vacation. show more show less

Thank you for renting your beautiful home to us. It was so clean and beautifully decorated.

We had great weather, the central air was great to have on the really hot days. I really liked the flooring and wainscoting in the bathrooms. The homeowners were very welcoming, made sure we had everything we needed and were readily available if we had any questions. Thanks again for sharing your home.

We stayed at this house for a week and would have stayed the rest of the summer. It was in great condition and is a very comfortable house.

It was recently renovated and and it showed.

We were close to all the beaches and restaurants in Dennis which was very convenient.

The owners of the house were extremely helpful and great people to rent from. We would certainly stay here again.
