Our home has ductless AC in four rooms to create a crisp, cool environment when needed. There are three bedrooms, a converted garage as a fourth bedroom, two full bathrooms, and an outdoor shower.

Sleeping accommodations include two queen beds, two twin beds, a queen pull out sofa and a queen futon.

Additional amenities include 3 large flat panel TVs, cable & Internet, washer/dryer, gas grill, outdoor shower, fire pit, back deck, expansive back yard, beach chairs, beach toys, beach coolers. Also, four ductless AC units.

Short stroll to Dennis Village for playground, theatre, restaurants, library & shops. Short walk to Pilgrim Road Beach or bike to Mayflower or Corporation Beaches.
