Located just 7/10 of a mile from Nantucket Sound beaches, this newly renovated 3 bedroom features include a large deck, a cozy sun room area, a large kitchen with a dishwasher, Cable TV, 125 plus channels, Performance Pro Internet (200 Mbps), 48'' HD TV , Wi-Fi throughout the house, Weber Gas Grill, Central AC, Washer, Dryer and an outdoor shower. This house can accommodate six guests comfortably with one queen, one full and three twin beds. All common and bedroom areas have newly refinished hardwood floors. Master bedroom also has a work area with monitor and keyboard.

Pls note: Linens and towels not included, I can provide you info for a local company that does weekly linen/towel rentals. There are plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas at the house that are available for renters use as well as a pack-n-play crib.
