Location, location, location! 60 steps to a sandy ocean beach (Haigis) right across the street. No need to pack the car for the beach, you just have to walk a minute, and you are there! The property consists of 2 separate 3-bedroom homes located on one lot directly across from Haigis Beach. It's a perfect setting for large family reunions or multiple family vacations.

The Front home has 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, and an outdoor shower (sleeps 6), and the Back home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and an outdoor shower (sleeps 8).

Between the homes is a gathering area where there is plenty of room to eat dinner all together and make those special Cape Cod memories with your family and friends.

Both of the homes have been freshly painted, with all new bedding and flooring over the past years. The Back house has been completely remodeled with a new bath and an entertainment size kitchen/great room. Stress-free family vacation with plenty to occupy the little ones. Beds: 1 Queen Bed, 3 Double Beds, 6 Twin Beds, 3 Sofa Beds

Rentals are Sunday-Sunday. Inquire for off season rates.

We love your home. It is perfect for a large group and so close to the beach. We had a great time,and plan on renting again. Some of the things we love is the outdoor shower, the large area to sit outside, large kitchen to eat as a family and that we are just steps to the beach so we can come and go as we need to. Thanks again for everything and opening your vacation homes to us.
