Fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom with closed-in shower. Comfortable living room with fireplace. Two TVs (Living Room and 2nd bedroom). Outside DECK and PATIO accommodate comfortable outside dining. Nestled within Pine Trees. Much privacy provided from other cottages, yet very friendly. Large, private outside shower after enjoying a day on the beach.

Enjoy wonderful sunrises just 100' away on our PRIVATE beach with a coffee and sunsets on Cape Cod Bay at Mayflower Beach. Golf a short distance from the Cottage, with two Dennis Town Operated Golf Courses that have very reasonable Greens fees. Short Ferry Rides to a day at Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket. Great Whale Watching trips from Provincetown, children love this type of activity. Visit the Cape Code National Seashore enjoying wonderful walking trails along the shore that is managed by the U.S. National Parks Service. Many children activities, such as Putt-putt Golf, Go-Kart rides, all nearby.

    A Means to an End Stay.

    We booked this place for a last minute Labor Day weekend/week vacation. We were happy with the easy road access, easy beach access, parking space, and friendliness of community. The place was pretty dirty however. It needs a very deep cleaning for me to want to return. Don't be fooled by many outdoor shower raving reviews because it also needs a cleaning. Otherwise it was as the title states, it provided a means to an end. A place to sleep, a shower, a kitchen, a living room etc...Check out the rail trails for some exercise ! show more show less

    Just What We Needed!

    Great news - we loved it here! We really had a nice time despite a few rainy days. The distance to the beach was unbeatable! The outdoor shower was the best - I never even used the inside one and even showered outside in the rain one day! It was perfect and exactly what we needed! There were plenty of things to do and restaurants to eat at. We found a playground to take our toddler to and a fish hatchery not too far away.

    I would 100% recommend it to friends and we would even stay there again!

    Charming little cottage!

    We loved our stay at this cottage! Great location, right across the street from a cute, private beach! Management and owners were great! We will definitely stay here again!

    Ideal Cape Cod Family Vacation

    We've been fortunate enough to have gone here with my family beginning in Jr High and now bring our own.

    This is an ideal location for a family Cape Cod vacation. The cottage is always clean when we arrive and we love the outdoor shower. We spend most nights cooking. The small kitchen has everything you need and we end up barbecuing most nights. The outdoor shower is great.

    Short walk - less than 100 yards - to the private beach so it is not over crowded.
    />There is a towel exchange at the windmill, no maid service which adds to the experience (if you are looking for maid service - this is not for you). Dependable Wifi was a nice addition last year.

    Dennisport is easy to get to and its central location on the Cape makes it convenient to hit all the great towns and activities the Cape has to offer!     show more show less

    We have owned our Cottage, 14 Ocean Park East since 1988. My wife and I have raised 4 boys, who today are fathers for a total of 8 Grandchildren. The family has enjoyed a week every summertime at Dennis Seashores and enjoying the company of their cousins, uncles, and aunts.

    What is special about this property?
    The Cottage is located a few steps from a private beach on the Atlantic Ocean and protected by Nantucket Sound. Walking distance to restaurants, for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
    Our Cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, towels are exchanged every other day and a large deck plus patio for grilling and having dinner outside.
    A wonderful Ice cream store named ''The Sundae School'' is walking distance from the cottage.
    Whale Watching and many other activities. Our Windmill is staffed with experienced individuals that will help with many activities around Cape Cod.

    What is special about your town?
    Our Town of Dennis Port is located at Mid-Cape, which provides beautiful sites, a few minutes from the complex.
    Our Town of Dennis has 2 Excellent public Golf Courses, both approx. 10 - 15 minutes driving time. Both are very well maintained.
