This adorable home fits the definition of a true Cape Cod cottage perfect for relaxation and fun stress-free days in the sun. It's freshly painted with hardwood floors, gas fireplace, eat-in kitchen (or dine on the screened porch), indoor & outdoor hot water shower, gas grill, large yard with space for a boat. Wireless internet inside & out, June-October. All you need to bring are sheets, towels and beach chairs everything else is there.

To reserve, we require a 50% deposit and $80.00 cleaning fee. The balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. Check in is 3:30 pm on Sat and check out is 10:00 am the following Saturday.

We will consider a 6-day rental with Sunday check in.

Beds: 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds (renter supplies linins)

Walk (2/10 mile) to Kelly's Bay for swimming, fishing and boating. A five-minute drive (2 miles) to bay side and/or ocean side beaches. 1 mile to public boat ramp and Cape Cod bike path. Walk across the street to public tennis courts, 2 mile soft turf walking/jogging loop, children's playground. Two miles to busy downtown Dennis Port for mini golf, restaurants, ice cream, gift stores. Just 7 miles to Downtown Hyannis for up scale shopping, restaurants, theater in the park, and ferries to the Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard.
