The Last Resort at Ocean Winds is a beautiful, bright, end-unit condominium with breathtaking ocean views and a semi-private beach, decorated with cottage charm and with a recent full exterior renovation. Enjoy the lovely bamboo floors and a recently renovated bright and cheery kitchen!

From the moment you walk in the door, you will know special attention has been given to ensure you have a memorable stay. A cozy bedroom with queen bed and a new pull-out double sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress in the living room will ensure restful sleep. In the morning, enjoy breakfast on our front patio, and look out at gleaming Nantucket Sound. The day is yours.

This first-floor end unit condo is close to major roadways and near all attractions. The area's best restaurants (and ice cream parlors!) are nearby, or you can cook your own lobster in our full kitchen. Grilling enthusiasts will love the back yard with multiple grills. Sit outside on our patio at night, and watch the moonlight over calm waters. An outdoor shower will wash away the sand from your toes before you retire for the evening listening to the sound of the waves.

This is a wonderful, relaxing getaway in a pristine 'home-away-from-home,' especially if you like to just walk out the front door and cross the street to the beach. Public beaches are also right down the road.

For those who want more activity, enjoy fishing, boating, golf, kayaking, bird watching, whale and seal watching, biking, and lots of antiquing and shopping nearby. Or take a trip to the tip of the Cape to Provincetown, and enjoy all the towns along the way, or meander down Route 6A through Cape Cod's historic districts. Enjoy live theater, music, wine bars, Friday night band concerts in Chatham and the excitement of Hyannis...there is something for everyone!

    The most adorable little gem of a beach house!

    We arrived at this beautiful Beach House "The Last Resort, " and having been there last year, we were delighted to be back. Lisa and Joe have decorated their beach house with a lovely nautical flair. Everything is so beautiful and comfortable. Every little detail has been addressed from the kitchen to the bathroom/bedroom/living room. The deck outside is wonderful with a clear view of Nantucket Sound. I call it our little slice of heaven!!     Joe and Lisa Franco currently reside in a 200 year old home in the historic district of Cheshire, Connecticut. Joe is retired from ESPN and currently is a career coach. Lisa is a freelance writer, author, and producer. We stay at The Last Resort in the off season and as our second home, want it to be as comfortable for our guests as it is for us!

    What is special about this property?
    Semi-private beach right across the street, breathtaking views of Nantucket Sound, sunsets at West Dennis Beach,the full moon over the water, great restaurants, antiquing, lobster rolls at Sesuit River cafe, walking along Old Wharf Road, drives down Route 28 into Chatham, drives up and down historic route 6A, the Cape Cinema and Playhouse, and much much more!

    What is special about your town?
    Dennisport is in a central location, close to all areas of the Cape and surrounded by great restaurants, beaches and activities. Lisa has been vacationing at the Cape for many years and finally convinced Joe to buy a property here. We made our final decision to buy the Old Wharf location after we went back at night, stood on the deck and listened to the sound of the waves just 25 feet from the door!
